NCHM JEE Seat Allotment 2019 - The procedure of seat allotment of NCHM JEE 2019 will be held from first week of June onwards by National Testing Agency (NTA). NCHM JEE 2019 seat allotment result of round one will be declared by NTA. The result of round two of seat allotment will be announced in third week of June. NCHM JEE seat allotment 2019 result for third and final round will be declared in the last week of June. The seat allocation process will be done on merit basis of the candidate’s AIR and the institutes chosen by him/her. More than 8,000 B.Sc. seats will be filled via the three rounds of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2019. To check the seat allotment result, candidates will have to log in by entering their roll number, password and security pin. In 2017, after the candidates reported across the participating institutes of NHCM JEE, a total of 4689 seats were vacant after the first round. NCHM JEE 2019 will be held on April 27, 2019. NCHM JEE 2019 Seat Allotment Schedule (tentative)

NCHM JEE 2019 will be conducted by NTA for the first time in CBT mode on April 27. Students can check the important dates with respect to NCHM JEE seat allotment  below in the table.

NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment: Important Details

Three rounds of NCHM JEE seat allotment 2019 will be held on merit basis and the locked choices. The detailed process and schedule of seat allocation will be released in online mode along with the announcement of NCHM JEE 2019 result. The result of seat allotment will be published officially after every round. Those, who will be allotted seats, will be required to report at the respective participating institute and pay for hostel accommodation, etc. as per the schedule.


NCHM JEE 2019 Seat Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Case 1- When complete fee will be refunded except Rs.1000 (counselling fee)

  • Candidates, who are not allotted seat in first, second and spot round of counselling

  • Those, who are allocated seat during round one and two, but withdrew as per the schedule

Case 2- When part refunds of full fee will be refunded (except counselling fee of Rs.1,000)

  • Candidates, who have been allotted seat during first, second and spot rounds but did not withdraw due to non-reporting at the allotted institute

  • Those, who have been allocated seat in first, second and spot rounds, and reported also, but didn’t attend any class as well as got their seat cancelled online

Note: Any request for migration or transfer after the seat allotment of NCHM JEE 2019 in any Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) will not be entertained by the NCHMCT.

Important- The admission of such a candidate will be cancelled if he/she is found ineligible even later.

NTA is an autonomous body that runs and regulates academics for hospitality courses that are offered across as many as 64 institutes. over 8,000 seats will be allotted across the NCHM JEE 2019 participating institutes on merit basis.
