NCHM JEE Seat Allotment 2019 -National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology ( NCHMCT) declared the result of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment for round 3 on July 2, 2019. NCHMCT started the registration and choice filling for third and final round for NCHMCT JEE counselling on June 27, 2019. The authorities released the opening and closing ranks for the third round. NCHMCT released the seat allotment result for round 2. Students could check the seat allotment result by entering their roll number, password and the security pin. Students could also check opening and closing rank of round 2. NCHMCT started the withdrawal of seat and also refund of fee is taking place. The authorities released the list of vacant position for round 2 on June 17, 2019. NCHM JEE 2019 seat allotment result of round one declared by NTA. . The authorities also released opening and closing rank of round 1. The procedure of seat allotment of NCHM JEE 2019 started from May 27, 2019. NCHMCT JEE round 1 seat allotment took place on June 8, 2019 by National Testing Agency (NTA). The seat allocation process is done on merit basis of the candidate’s AIR and the institutes chosen by him/her. More than 8,000 B.Sc. seats will be filled via the three rounds of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2019. In 2017, after the candidates reported across the participating institutes of NHCM JEE, a total of 4689 seats were vacant after the first round. NCHM JEE 2019 was held on April 27, 2019. NCHMCT JEE 2019 Seat Allotment: Important Details

Three rounds of NCHM JEE seat allotment 2019 is held on merit basis and the locked choices. The detailed process and schedule of seat allocation was released in online mode along with the announcement of NCHM JEE 2019 result. The result of seat allotment is published officially after every round. Those, who will be allotted seats, will be required to report at the respective participating institute and pay for hostel accommodation, etc. as per the schedule.

NCHM JEE 2019 Seat Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Case 1- When complete fee will be refunded except Rs.2000 (counselling fee)

  • Candidates, who are not allotted seat in first, second and spot round of counselling

  • Those, who are allocated seat during round one and two, but withdraw as per the schedule

Case 2- When part refunds of full fee will be refunded (except counselling fee of Rs.2000)

  • Candidates, who have been allotted seat during first, second and spot rounds but did not withdraw due to non-reporting at the allotted institute

  • Those, who have been allocated seat in first, second and spot rounds, and reported also, but didn’t attend any class as well as got their seat cancelled online

Note: Any request for migration or transfer after the seat allotment of NCHM JEE 2019 in any Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) will not be entertained by the NCHMCT.

NTA is an autonomous body that runs and regulates academics for hospitality courses that are offered across as many as 64 institutes. over 8,000 seats will be allotted across the NCHM JEE 2019 participating institutes on merit basis.

Registration for NCHMJEE 2020 will starts from 1st January 2020 and EXAMINATION will happens on April 25..And results will be declared on 10 may 2020 in online mode..You can check your result by entering roll number, application Number, date of birth and security number..

The eligibility critical for NCHM JEE is as follows,
  • Candidates need to be 10+2 pass
  • Having English subject in 12 is mandatory

Things you need to get clear,
  • Admission will be cancelled if candidate fails to provide passing Certificate of 10+2 on or by sep/30/ 2020.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after certificate verification

Age limit
  • General and OBC upto 25 years
  • SC and ST upto  28 years

NCHMCT JEE is a national level exam conducted once a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate courses in hospitality. As per the eligibility to apply for 2020 Exam, The upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.07.2020 for General or OBC category & 28 years for SC and ST as on 01.07.2020.
