How to fill NCHM JEE application form

Candidates who complete NCHM JEE 2026 registration will be able to download the NCHM JEE 2026 admit card to appear for the exam. NTA will conduct the NCHM JEE exam for admissions into B.Sc HHA programme of participating institutes.

Candidates must first check the NCHMCT JEE eligibility criteria 2026. If a candidate fulfils the eligibility criteria, then they can proceed with filling out the application form. Follow the steps given below to fill the application form of NCHMCT JEE 2026.

Step 1 - Access the official page of NCHMCT JEE 2026 - nchmjee.nta.nic.in.

Candidates need to visit the official page of NCHMCT JEE. On the main page click on the ‘fill application form’ tab.

Step 2 - Registration Page of NCHMCT JEE 2026

In this part candidates will have to register themselves by clicking on the option ‘New Registration’ given on the left side. The steps to apply online will be mentioned on this page. For the already registered candidates, click on the right-hand side, provide their credentials and sign in.

Step 3 - Instruction page for NCHM JEE 2026

The candidates will be directed to the instructions page which must be followed while filling out the NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form. Candidates need to agree to the terms given on the page.

Step 4 - Registration

Candidates should register themselves by providing the necessary details after which they will receive a system-generated application number on their email ID and mobile number.

Step 5 - Review Page

After completing the registration candidates will be directed to a page which will be a review page of an online registration form in which they will be prompted with a dialogue box. Candidates must verify all the details in the application form of NCHM JEE 2026 wherein candidates must verify the parameters that are listed below:

  • Name of the candidate

  • Father’s name

  • Mother’s name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Address

  • Mobile number

  • Email Address

Check the box which states that all the details mentioned in the NCHM JEE 2026 application form are correct. After which they have to check the box out of which it is written “I agree.” Next click on the final submit button.

Step 6 - Submit the Registration Form

Another dialogue box will appear, asking them whether they wish to submit the registration form. Click ‘yes’.

Step 7 - The application number will be generated

A system-generated application number will appear. Save that for future reference and click on the tab ‘Complete the application form’.

Step 8 - Fill the NCHMCT JEE application form 2026

In this section of the NCHM JEE application form, fill in all the personal details, including academic qualifications and contact details.

  • Personal Details such as state, category, nationality, PwD status, and class 12th/qualifying exam details
  • Examination Details
  • Choice of examination centre. Candidates will have to select the test centres in the order of their preference
  • Academic Qualification Details
  • Security Pin (Enter the security pin and click on 'Submit' button.Next, candidates will receive a pop up message where they will be asked to review and tick against the information given below.)
  • Tick on the 'Final Submit' tab.

Step 9 - Check the parameters that are listed and then click on the Final submit button.

Candidates have to verify the following information:

  • Name of the candidate

  • Father’s name

  • Mother’s name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Category

  • Person with disability

  • Examination cities

  • Educational details

Step 10 - Review the details

Review the details provided before finally submitting the registration form. A dialogue box will appear asking you to submit a registration form finally. Click on ‘yes’.

Step 11 – Upload the Documents

Candidates must upload a scanned image of their signature along with the photograph according to the specifications mentioned and then click ‘Yes’ on the dialogue box asking ‘Do you wish to upload images finally?’

Step 12 - Make the Payment

In the next step candidates have to select the mode of paying the application fee for the NCHM JEE exam and then click on ‘Proceed for Payment’.

Click on the ‘submit’ button

Step 14 - Print out

Once the fee is paid successfully and you have chosen the examination city, take the print out of the application form of NCHMCT JEE for future reference. This is how the page will appear after completing all the steps.

In case the confirmation page is not generated after fee payment, then the transaction will be cancelled and the deducted amount will be refunded to the candidate's account. Fill the application form in English only.

Write the name in capital letters as mentioned in the candidate's Class X or equivalent certificate.

4.

Enter the date, month and year of birth as per English Calendar and as recorded in the School/Board (Class-X) Pre-University examination certificate.

Affix recent colour photograph with white background (without attestation) taken not more than three months back. The photograph should be pasted (not stapled) in the space marked for it.

6.

Do not overwrite in any section of the application form.

Do not write or mark on the Barcodes.

8.

Do not make any mistakes in filling any details in the application form because no request for change/correction/modification in the particulars of the Application Form will be entertained later on.

Visit the official website of NCHM JEE, nchmjeenta.nic.in. Click on the ‘NCHM JEE 2022 admit card’ tab. Enter your application number and date of birth. NCHMCT JEE 2022 admit card will appear on the screen. Download the admit card and take multiple printouts of the same for future reference.
