How to Apply for MGU CAT MTTM 2021 Counselling?

Candidates who are selected for MGU CAT MTTM counseling have to fill the counseling form of MGU CAT. The procedure to fill the counseling form is mentioned below:

• Candidates need to visit on the official website of Mahatma Gandhi University.

• Applicants have to click on the link of MGU CAT Counselling Application Form

• The applicants need to fill the counseling form and have to make the payment of the counseling fee.

• The counselling form has to be filled before the last date of submission.

MGU CAT MTTM Counselling 2021: Procedure

The following is the procedure of arriving at the final counselling of MGU CAT MTTM :

• The qualified students will be invited for rounds of admission, which includes Group discussion/ Interview/ descriptive examination

• The university will release the interview list of MGU CAT MTTM 2021 on the basis of their ranks. This is the rank list which will be released in the last week of May 2021

• Those candidates who will not be able to attend this round will be considered not eligible for admission.

• The shortlisted candidates will be called out for the counseling procedure and they have to be present at the counseling center on the given schedule.

• The applicants need to carry the required documents to verify at the counseling center.

• Candidates will be asked to produce the requisite documents at the time of document verification round of counselling.

Documents required for MGU CAT MTTM Counselling 2021:

Candidates need to produce the following documents in original at the time of counselling:

• Certificate to prove date of birth

• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended

• Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended

• Mark lists of Qualifying Degree examination

• Provisional/ Degree Certificate (if results are announced)

• Equivalency Certificate for the Qualifying Examination, if applicable

• Migration Certificate, if applicable

• Caste Certificate, if applicable

• Income Certificate, if applicable

• BPL Certificate, if applicable

• Any other document required to be produced

Relaxation on Marks at the Time of MGU CAT MTTM Counselling:

• Kerala SC/ST Candidates – The minimum requirement for admission is a pass in the qualifying examination.

• SEBC Candidates- Relaxation of 3% marks in the qualifying examination.

• OEC & Person with disability Candidates- Relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.

MGU CAT MTTM Counselling 2021: Important Instructions

• The counseling shall be conducted by the Department/School concerned which after verifying the documents shall admit the candidate.

• The original certificates of all the admitted students shall be kept in the respective schools. On getting allotment in a higher option, the student should get the certificates back from the school and submit the same to the newly allotted institution.

• In case the proof of passing the qualifying exam is not submitted by the provisionally admitted candidates at the time of counselling/admission/latest by last week of September, then the institute will cancel their admission

• As the allotment is based only on the entrance score and the information furnished by the candidate online, the eligibility shall be confirmed before the closing of admission.

• Once the counselling rounds is over, an Allotment Memo will be issued by the University. After verifying the documents, the concerned Department/School shall enroll the candidate and make the required updations on the portal of MGU CAT.

• Any discrepancy which results in the invalidation of the allotment will be reported to the University and admission will be denied in such cases.
