How to Apply for MGU CAT MTTM Counselling 2025?

Candidates who are selected for MGU CAT MTTM 2025 counselling will have to fill out the counselling form. The procedure to fill out the MGU CAT MTTM counselling form is mentioned below:

MGU CAT MTTM Counselling Procedure 2025

The following is the procedure for arriving at the final counselling of MGU CAT MTTM 2025.

• The qualified students will be invited for rounds of admission, which includes Group discussion/ Interview/ descriptive examination
• The university will release the interview list of MGU CAT MTTM on the basis of their ranks. This is the rank list, which will be released tentatively in June.
• Those candidates who will not be able to attend this round will be considered not eligible for admission.
• The shortlisted candidates will be called out for the counselling procedure and they have to be present at the counselling centre on the given schedule.
• The applicants need to carry the required documents to verify at the counselling centre.
• Candidates will be asked to produce the requisite documents at the time of the document verification round of counselling.

• Transfer Certificate (TC) from the Institution last attended
• Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended

• Kerala SC/ST Candidates— The minimum requirement for admission is a pass in the qualifying examination.
• SEBC Candidates - Relaxation of 3% marks in the qualifying examination.
• OEC & Person with Disability Candidates—Relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination.

MGU CAT MTTM Counselling 2025—Important Instructions

• The counselling shall be conducted by the department/school concerned, which, after verifying the documents, shall admit the candidate.
• The original certificates of all the admitted students shall be kept in the respective schools. On getting allotment in a higher option, the student should get the certificates back from the school and submit the same to the newly allotted institution.
• In case the proof of passing the qualifying exam is not submitted by the provisionally admitted candidates at the time of counselling/admission/latest by last week of September, then the institute will cancel their admission
• As the allotment is based only on the entrance score and the information furnished by the candidate online, the eligibility shall be confirmed before the closing of admission.
• Once the counselling rounds are over, an Allotment Memo will be issued by the university. After verifying the documents, the concerned department/school shall enroll the candidate and make the required updates on the portal of MGU CAT.
• Any discrepancy that results in the invalidation of the allotment will be reported to the university, and admission will be denied in such cases.
