NCHM JEE 2025 seat allotment for final round will be announced on June 23, 2025. Candidates can check their NCHMCT JEE seat allotment result in online at nchmcounselling.nic.in. Aspirants will have to use their roll number and password to check the seat allotment status of NCHMCT JEE 2025. Along with seat allotment, the authority also releases the NCHMCT JEE cutoff. Candidates will be required to be present physically at the allotted institute on given dates. The authority released the Round 2 tentative vacancy position on June 17. The NCHM JEE 2025 seat allotment will be done based on merit and locked choices. The detailed process and schedule of the NCHMCT JEE 2025 seat allocation have been released in online mode at nchmcounselling.nic.in. The NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2025 result is published officially after every round. Those who are allotted seats will be required to report at the respective participating institute and pay for hostel accommodation (Rs 20000, etc.) as per the schedule.

There are a total of 11,965 seats available in the 75 NCHM JEE score-accepting colleges. At the time of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2025 and counselling, aspirants will have to use either the ‘freeze’ or ‘float’ option. If they accept the seat offered to them at the time of seat allotment of NCHM JEE 2025, they will be sent provisional allotment letters on their registered email. Candidates can check the NCHM seat allotment result by entering their application number, date of birth, and security pin. The seat allocation process will be done on the merit basis of the candidate’s All India Rank.

Case 1: When complete fee will be refunded except for Rs 2000 (counselling fee).

  • Candidates who are not allotted seats in the first, second, and spot rounds of counselling.
  • Candidates who are allocated seats during rounds one and two but withdraw as per the schedule.

Case 2: When part refunds of the full fee will be refunded (except counselling fee of Rs 2000).

  • Candidates who have been allotted seats during the first, second, and spot rounds but did not withdraw due to non-reporting at the allotted institute.
  • Those who have been allocated seats in the first, second, and spot rounds and reported but didn’t attend any class as well as getting their seat cancelled online.

Note: Any request for migration or transfer after the NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2025 in any Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) will not be entertained by the NCHMCT.

The exam consists of 200 questions , and you can attempt as many questions as you like within the given time limit of 3 hours . There is no limit on the number of questions you can attempt from each section.

Visit the official website of NCHM JEE, nchmjeenta.nic.in. Click on the ‘NCHM JEE 2022 admit card’ tab. Enter your application number and date of birth. NCHMCT JEE 2022 admit card will appear on the screen. Download the admit card and take multiple printouts of the same for future reference.
