NCHMCT JEE Seat Allotment 2020

NCHMCT JEE Seat Allotment 2020- National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology ( NCHMCT) will declare the result of NCHMCT JEE 2020 seat allotment in the first week of June in online mode. The authorities will conduct NCHMCT JEE seat allotment in many rounds. Seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of their NCHMCT JEE rank, category and choice of institutes. At the time of NCHMCT JEE 2020 counselling and seat allotment, candidates will have to use either the ‘freeze’ or ‘float’ option. If candidates accept the seat offered to them at the time of NCHMCT JEE 2020 seat allotment, they will be sent provisional allotment letters via their registered email. Also, they will have to pay the necessary fee to confirm their admission. Candidates will be able to check the seat allotment result by entering their roll number, password and the security pin. The seat allocation process will be done on the merit basis of the candidate’s AIR and the institutes will be chosen by him/her. More than 8,000 B.Sc. seats will be filled via the three rounds of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2020. In 2017, after the candidates reported across the participating institutes of NHCM JEE, a total of 4689 seats will vacant after the first round. NCHM JEE 2020 will be held on April 25, 2020. NCHMCT JEE 2020 Seat Allotment: Important Details

Three rounds of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment 2020 will be held on a merit basis and the locked choices. The detailed process and schedule of seat allocation will be released in online mode along with the announcement of NCHMCT JEE 2020 result. The result of seat allotment is published officially after every round. Those, who will be allotted seats, will be required to report at the respective participating institute and pay for hostel accommodation, etc. as per the schedule.

NCHMCT JEE 2020 Seat Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Case 1- When complete fee will be refunded except Rs.2000 (counselling fee)

  • Candidates, who are not allotted seat in first, second and spot round of counselling

  • Those, who are allocated seat during round one and two, but withdraw as per the schedule

Case 2- When part refunds of full fee will be refunded (except counselling fee of Rs.2000)

  • Candidates, who have been allotted seat during first, second and spot rounds but did not withdraw due to non-reporting at the allotted institute

  • Those, who have been allocated seat in first, second and spot rounds, and reported also, but didn’t attend any class as well as got their seat cancelled online

Note: Any request for migration or transfer after the seat allotment of NCHMCT JEE 2020 in any Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) will not be entertained by the NCHMCT.

NTA is an autonomous body that runs and regulates academics for hospitality courses that are offered across as many as 71 institutes. More than 8,000 seats will be allotted across the NCHMCT JEE 2020 participating institutes on merit basis.

IHM is one of the renowned institutes of India. The ranking you need to get selected in IHM depends on your category (General /OBC/SC/ST) . If you comes under General catagory, then you need to secure a rank between 15-400 for best colleges which basically includes IHM Mumbai, Banglore and Pusa. If you are from OBC catagory, then you can get admission with rank till 1800 for Pusa , 5000 for Mumbai as well as 9000 for IHM Banglore. Rest the cut off changes every year.

NCHMCT JEE is a national level exam conducted once a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the admission to undergraduate courses in hospitality. As per the eligibility, You should be passed in Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional).

NCHM JEE exam is for hotel management and hospitality students, if you pass this exam you can get admission in top hotel management and hospitality colleges of India.

Registration for NCHM JEE 2020 already started from 1 January 2020 and the last date for registration is 29 February 2020.
