Hello John,
With an AIR of 586 in NCHM-JEE, you have a reasonable chance of getting into IHM Pusa, especially if the past cutoffs were around 200-400. Your rank is competitive, and while IHM Pusa is one of the top institutes, there might still be a possibility of admission depending on the final cutoffs and the number of seats available.
Keep an eye on the counseling process and cutoff updates to confirm your admission status.
I hope this answer helps you. If you have more queries then feel free to share your questions with us we will be happy to assist you.
Thank you and wishing you all the best for your bright future.

Question : If $21 \tan \theta=20$, then $(1+\sin \theta+\cos \theta):(1-\sin \theta+\cos \theta)=$?
Option 1: 5 : 2
Option 2: 3 : 1
Option 3: 7 : 3
Option 4: 2 : 1
Correct Answer: 7 : 3
Solution : Given: $21 \tan \theta=20$ ⇒ $\tan \theta = \frac{20}{21}=\frac{\text{Perpendicular}}{\text{Base}}$ Let the perpendicular and the base be 20 units and 21 units respectively. Use the formulas, $\tan \theta=\frac{\text{Perpendicular}}{\text{Base}}$, $\sin \theta=\frac{\text{Perpendicular}}{\text{Hypotenuse}}$, $\cos \theta=\frac{\text{Base}}{\text{Hypotenuse}}$, Pythagoras's theorem: $\text{Hypotenuse}^2=\text{Base}^2+\text{Perpendicular}^2$ ⇒ $\text{Hypotenuse}^2={21}^2+{20}^2$ ⇒ $\text{Hypotenuse}^2=441+400$ ⇒ $\text{Hypotenuse}^2=841$ ⇒ $\text{Hypotenuse}=\sqrt{841}$ ⇒ $\text{Hypotenuse}=29$ The value of $(1+\sin \theta+\cos \theta):(1-\sin \theta+\cos \theta)$ is given as, $=(1+\frac{20}{29}+\frac{21}{29}):(1-\frac{20}{29}+\frac{21}{29})$ $=\frac{29+20+21}{29}:\frac{29–20+21}{29}$ $=\frac{70}{29}:\frac{30}{29}=7:3$ Hence, the correct answer is 7 : 3.

Hello Aspirant,
You can then submit the name of the cities that are nearer to Assam. If there is no such city present on the list, then no need to worry.
You will be most probably assigned the cities which are in your 1st and 2nd preference.
They generally prefer your 1st preference of city only.
So, enter the cities nearer to your state in the last two options. According to me, the chances of your getting exam centers from the last two options are less.
The Institutes affiliated with NCHMCT furnish B.Sc.(Hospitality & Hotel Administration) program together with the Indira Gandhi National Open University.
