  • For the General and OBC category, age limit is 25 years, while for SC/ST candidates age limit is 28 years as of July 1, 2026.

NCHM JEE Application Form 2026 - Important Guidelines

  • Fill the application form in English only.

  • Write the name in capital letters as mentioned in the candidate’s Class X or equivalent certificate.

  • Enter the date, month and year of birth as per the English Calendar and as recorded in the School/Board (Class-X) Pre-University examination certificate.

  • Affix recent colour photograph with white background (without attestation) taken not more than three months back. The photograph should be pasted (not stapled) in the space marked for it.

  • Do not overwrite in any section of the application form.

  • Do not write or mark on the Barcodes.

  • Do not make any mistakes in filling any details in the application form because no request for change/correction/modification in the particulars of the Application Form will be entertained later on.

NCHM JEE 2026 correction window will be released by NTA. Candidates will have to follow the steps below to correct details in the application form.

Step 1 - Using the NCHM JEE login credentials such as NCHM JEE 2026 application number and password

Step 2 - Access the link for application form correction and click it.

Step 3 - The application form opens and the fields will be available for editing. Edit the details.

Step 4 - Save the details and submit the changes.

Step 5 - Download the revised confirmation page.

Details That Can Be Edited In NCHM JEE Application Form 2026

The students will be able to edit most of the NCHMCT JEE registration details in the online application form correction window of NCHMCT JEE. Candidates can change any details until the online correction period. Once the window closes no changing of the details will be entertained.

The candidates must fill out the form with utmost care. The candidates are advised to ensure the following points before submitting the form:

  • Whether they fulfill the eligibility conditions for the Test as prescribed under the heading ‘Conditions of Eligibility’.

  • That they have filled their gender and category viz General/OBC (non-creamy layer)/SC/ ST/Gen-EWS/ Male/Female/Third Gender, in the relevant column correctly.

  • That they have filled the City of Examination in the relevant column correctly.

  • That the Person with Disability (PwD) candidate has filled the relevant column in the Online Application Form. Only PwD candidates have to fill this column and the others have to leave it blank.

Removal of Image Discrepancies in NCHM JEE Application Form 2026

In case the candidates have uploaded a wrong size image or the image which is not according to the specifications as mentioned in the application form of NCHM JEE 2026, they will be able to correct it. Steps to remove any image discrepancies are given below.

Step 1 - Visit the NCHMCT JEE official website - nchmjee.nta.nic.in.

Step 2 - Click on the tab flashing "Remove image discrepancy in the application form".

Visit the official website of NCHM JEE, nchmjeenta.nic.in. Click on the ‘NCHM JEE 2022 admit card’ tab. Enter your application number and date of birth. NCHMCT JEE 2022 admit card will appear on the screen. Download the admit card and take multiple printouts of the same for future reference.
