NCHM JEE Application Form 2025 - Important Guidelines

• If filling an offline form then purchase the NCHMCT JEE application form and information brochure from any of the affiliated institutes of hotel management and NCHMCT Office, Noida.

• Fill the application form in English only.

• Write the name in capital letters as mentioned in the candidate’s Class X or equivalent certificate.

• Enter the date, month and year of birth as per the English Calendar and as recorded in the School/Board (Class-X) Pre-University examination certificate.

• Affix recent colour photograph with white background (without attestation) taken not more than three months back. The photograph should be pasted (not stapled) in the space marked for it.

• Do not overwrite in any section of the application form.

• Do not write or mark on the Barcodes.

• Do not make any mistakes in filling any details in the application form because no request for change/correction/modification in the particulars of the Application Form will be entertained later on.

Removal of Image Discrepancies in NCHM JEE Application Form 2025

In case the candidates have uploaded a wrong size image or the image which is not according to the specifications as mentioned in the application form of NCHM JEE 2025, they will be able to correct it. Steps to remove any image discrepancies are given below.

Step 1 - Visit the NCHMCT JEE official website - nchmjee.nta.nic.in.

Step 2 - Click on the tab flashing "Remove image discrepancy in the application form".

Step 3 - You will be directed to a registration form page.

Step 4 - Enter your application number and the password you entered at the time of filling the form.

Step 5 - Enter the security pin and sign in.

Step 6 - Candidates will be directed to a page where they can click on the tab to remove image discrepancy.
