NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2020 - National Testing Agency (NTA) will release NCHMCT 2020 JEE application form in online mode on January 1. The last date to fill NCHMCT JEE application is February 29, 2020. Checking the eligibility criteria before filling the application form is important for candidates.   • Age Limit - The upper age limit for General and OBC candidates is 25 years as on July 1, 2020 while it is 28 years in case of SC/ST. Qualifying Exam - Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent exam with English subject as one of the subjects. Candidates who will be appearing in Class 12 exam in 2020, they can also appear for NCHM JEE entrance exam.

How to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2020 Application Form?

Candidates can go through the steps that are given below and follow them at time of filling NCHMCT JEE application form. They must carefully fill all the details in the application form because no correction will be entertained after submission of the application form.

Steps to Fill NCHMCT JEE 2020 Application Form

Candidates have to visit the official website and then click on 'Apply' button. They will be redirected to a page wherein they can download the information brochure and go through all the instructions as to filling NCHMCT JEE application form 2020. After reading the instructions, aspirants have to tick against 'I have downloaded Information Bulletin and went through the entire instructions.' Next, click on 'Click here to Proceed' button.

Step 1- Registration

In order to first register for NCHMCT JEE 2020, candidates have to fill the following information:

  • Father's name

  • Mother's name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Select type of identification from the drop down menu '

  • Identification number

Contact Details

  • Premises number/Name

  • Locality (optional)

  • Sub locality

  • Select State and District from the drop down menu

  • Pin code

  • Email address

  • Mobile number

  • Land line number with STD code or any other alternate contact number (optional)

Select the Password

  • Type password

  • Confirm Password

  • Select security question from the drop down menu

  • Security answer

Password specifications

  • Aspirants must note that the Password must include 8 to 13 characters

  • The password should include one upper case, one lower case alphabet and one numeric value.

  • It should also have one of the following special characters - [email protected]#$%^&*-

Security Pin

In this section of NCHMCT JEE application form 2020, aspirants are required to enter security pin and then click on 'Submit' button. They will receive a pop up message instructing them to review the information carefully. If you fidn the need of changing any information, click on 'Edit Registration Form' button or press 'Final Submit' button for final submission.

Step 2 - Parameters Checklist

Here, applicants have to tick against the following details to ensure that they have verified them carefully. Once the registration form is submitted, applicants doesn't get any option for correction.

  • Name

  • Father name

  • Mother name

  • Date of birth

  • Gender

  • Address

  • Mobile number

  • Email ID

After verifying the above-mentioned information, students have to click against 'I Agree'button' and then click on 'Final Submit' button. After clicking on 'Submit' button, a message appear wherein candidates will be asked 'If they wish to submit the registration form finally?' They have to click on 'Yes' button if they wish to submit it.

Step 3 – Login to fill NCHMCT JEE application form 2020

Login by using the application number and password and then start filling NCHMCT JEE 2020 application form.

Step 4 - Fill the Application Form of NCHMCT JEE 2020

In this section of NCHMCT JEE application form, fill all the personal, academic and contact details. Candidates have to select the details from the drop down menu for the following:

Personal Details

  • Select state of residence

  • Category

  • Person with disability

  • Nationality

  • Are you a Kashmiri migrant

  • Place of class 12th / Qualifying Examination Schooling?

  • Whether English is one of the compulsory Subject in Class 12th?

  • Type of Institution of Class 12th/Qualifying Examination:

Examination Details

  • Mention about the paper that you will be appearing

  • Choice of examination centre. Candidates can select at least four cities from the list of NCHM JEE exam centres 2020

Academic Qualification Details

Students have to enter details related to 10th or equivalent and 12th or equivalent from the drop down menu in the application form of NCHMCT JEE 2020

  • Pass status

  • Name of examination

  • Name of Board/University

  • Year of passing/appearing

  • Result mode

  • Marks detail

Security Pin

Enter the security pin and click on 'Submit' button.Next, candidates will receive a pop up message where they will be asked to review and tick against the information given below. If they need to modify any information, they can do by clicking on ' Edit Application Form Data,' or click on 'Final Submit' button for final submission.

Tick against 'I Agree' and then click on 'Final Submit' button. Students again get a message 'Do you wish to Submit Application form finally? Press 'Yes' to submit the application form.

Step 5 – Upload the Documents

Candidates have to upload all the scanned images of their photograph and signature as per specification given above in the article. Post uploading the documents, students have to enter the security pin and then click against 'I have verified uploaded images carefully.' Next click on 'Upload' button.

Step 6- Make the Payment

After uploading the documents and filling the NCHMCT JEE application form 2020, candidates have to pay the registration fee. The mode of the payment and the amount of fee category-wise have been mentioned below:

The eligibility critical for NCHM JEE is as follows,
  • Candidates need to be 10+2 pass
  • Having English subject in 12 is mandatory

Things you need to get clear,
  • Admission will be cancelled if candidate fails to provide passing Certificate of 10+2 on or by sep/30/ 2020.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after certificate verification

Age limit
  • General and OBC upto 25 years
  • SC and ST upto  28 years
