The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form online on December 26, 2025. Candidates can complete NCHM JEE 2026 registration on the official website - exams.nta.nic.in. The direct link to submit the NCHM JEE 2026 application form is given below. The deadline to apply for NCHMCT JEE 2026 is January 25, 2026, up to 5 pm. NTA will conduct NCHM JEE 2026 on April 25, 2026, from 11 am to 1 pm. The NCHM JEE 2026 application fee is Rs 1000 for general/OBC, Rs 700 for EWS, and Rs 450 for SC/ST/PwD.

NTA notifies the NCHM JEE eligibility criteria 2026, along with the official brochure. Only those candidates who meet the requirements will be eligible to fill out the NCHM JEE 2026 application form.

  • Age Limit: There is no age limit to apply for NCHM JEE 2026.

  • Fill the application form in English only.

  • Write the name in capital letters as mentioned in the candidate’s Class X or equivalent certificate.

  • Enter the date, month and year of birth as per the English Calendar and as recorded in the School/Board (Class-X) Pre-University examination certificate.

  • Upload a recent colour photograph with a white background taken not more than three months ago.

  • Do not overwrite in any section of the application form.
