Eligibility for Indian Nationals

  • Must have passed 10+2 of Senior Secondary Exam or equivalent with English as a subject (core/elective/functional).

  • Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination from a recognized Board/University with English.

  • Students appearing in 10+2 or equivalent can apply provisionally but must submit proof of passing by September 30, of the admission year.

Common Qualifying Examinations

  • Plus two level exams in 10+2 pattern from recognized Central/State Boards such as CBSE, CISCE, or State Boards.

  • Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Exam from a recognized Board/University

  • GCE Advanced (A) level from London, Cambridge, or Sri Lanka

  • Cambridge High School Certificate Examination

  • Any exam recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2

  • H.S.C. Vocational Exam approved by NCVT/SCVT

  • Senior Secondary Exam by National Institute of Open Schooling with minimum five subjects including English, results by 30 September of the admission year.

Medical Fitness

  • Candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at admission

  • Certificate should confirm fitness for practical training as per programme requirements

Seat Allotment Procedure

  • Register on NCHM Counselling Portal and pay non-refundable fee of ₹2,000

  • Fill institute preferences through the portal

  • Allotment done on merit-cum-choice basis

Reservation for Seat Allotment

  • EWS: 10%

  • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 27%

  • SC: 15%

  • ST: 7.5%

  • PwD: 5% in each category for candidates with 40%+ disability capable of practical tasks

  • Kashmiri Migrants: One supernumerary seat per government institute

NCHMCT JEE 2026 Application Form

The NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2026 is tentatively scheduled to open in the third week of December 2025. The closing date for the NCHMCT 2026 application form is likely to be in the second week of March 2026. The process to fill up and submit the NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form is as mentioned below. Candidates should remember the following criteria prior to application.

  • Candidates must follow the Instructions, including how to fill up Application Form Online as given in the Information Bulletin available on the NTA Website. Candidates not complying with the Instructions shall be summarily disqualified.

  • Candidates can apply for NCHM JEE-2026 through “Online” mode only. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.

  • Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted. The application correction window is estimated to be in the Third week of March 2026. Any changes after this period will not be entertained.

Step to Fill the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Application Form

  • Download the Information Bulletin and replica application form and read carefully to check eligibility.

  • Step 1: Register online using a valid email ID and mobile number and note the system-generated application number.

  • Step 2: Upload scanned documents:

Recent photograph (10–200 KB, 80% face visible, white background)

Candidate’s signature (4–30 KB)

PwD certificate if applicable (50–300 KB, PDF)

Category certificate if applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc. (50–300 KB, PDF)

  • Step 3: Pay the application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet and keep proof of payment.

Note to the Candidates

  1. Candidates need to download the Confirmation Page after successful payment and retain it for reference. In the event of the payment not being reflected, contact the bank/payment gateway or NTA helpline. Any duplicate payments will be refunded by NTA.

NTA will release the NCHMCT JEE Answer Key two weeks after the exam. Candidates will also be given a chance to challenge the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Answer Key. Objections that are held valid will be resolved, and the NCHMCT final answer key 2026 will be published.

The answer key gives candidates a chance to calculate the probable number of marks that they might score in the NCHMCT 2026 entrance exam. The exact window to challenge the answer key will be declared by the authorities shortly after releasing the answer key on the NTA website.
