The NCHMCT JEE Application Form 2026 is tentatively scheduled to open in the third week of December 2025. The closing date for the NCHMCT 2026 application form is likely to be in the second week of March 2026. The process to fill up and submit the NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form is as mentioned below. Candidates should remember the following criteria prior to application.
Candidates must follow the Instructions, including how to fill up Application Form Online as given in the Information Bulletin available on the NTA Website. Candidates not complying with the Instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
Candidates can apply for NCHM JEE-2026 through “Online” mode only. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted. The application correction window is estimated to be in the Third week of March 2026. Any changes after this period will not be entertained.

Step 1: Register online using a valid email ID and mobile number and note the system-generated application number.
Step 2: Upload scanned documents:
Recent photograph (10–200 KB, 80% face visible, white background)
Candidate’s signature (4–30 KB)
PwD certificate if applicable (50–300 KB, PDF)
Category certificate if applicable for SC/ST/OBC/EWS etc. (50–300 KB, PDF)
Step 3: Pay the application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet and keep proof of payment.
Candidates need to download the Confirmation Page after successful payment and retain it for reference. In the event of the payment not being reflected, contact the bank/payment gateway or NTA helpline. Any duplicate payments will be refunded by NTA.
Ensure all details (name, contact, category, PwD status, education, exam city choice, date of birth) are correct as no changes are allowed after the correction period.
Use only your own email and mobile number for registration, as all communications will be sent there.

According to the information in the NCHM-JEE Exam , you are not required to attempt all questions . The exam consists of 200 questions , and you can attempt as many questions as you like within the given time limit of 3 hours . There is no limit on the number of questions you can attempt from each section.
