    The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology has released the NCHMCT JEE 2026 round 2 seat allotment on June 16, 2026, on their official website. All the candidates participating in the round 2 seat allotment have to complete the registration process and choice filling for the final round before the prescribed deadline. Upon successful registration, candidates will have to complete the document verification process from June 17 to 19, 2026. Candidates will have to report at the allotted campuses from June 20 - 24, 2026. The shortlisted candidates who have already participated in round 1 are also allowed to participate in the round 2 seat allotment process for upgradation of their allotted seat.     NCHMCT JEE Exam Counselling 2026

    NCHMCT authorities released the counselling dates on their official website - nchmcounselling.nic.in. The seat allotment for the first round of NCHM JEE 2026 counselling was released on June 6. As per the official notification, the NCHMCT authorities will conduct the NCHMCT JEE 2026 counselling in two rounds for admission to BSc HAA programmes at participating institutes. They will allot seats based on candidates’ NCHM JEE 2026 scores and the preferences submitted during counselling.

    NCHMCT JEE 2026 Eligibility Criteria

    The NCHMCT JEE 2026 eligibility criteria are to be followed by candidates to ensure that their NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form is not rendered void. The eligibility criteria ensure that the candidates have the necessary qualifications prior to applying for the B.Sc. HHA course. The NCHMCT Eligibility Criteria 2026 are as specified below.

    Eligibility for Indian Nationals

    • Must have passed 10+2 of Senior Secondary Exam or equivalent with English as a subject (core/elective/functional).
    • Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination from a recognised Board/University with English.
    • Students appearing in 10+2 or equivalent can apply provisionally but must submit proof of passing by September 30, of the admission year.

    Common Qualifying Examinations

    • Plus two-level exams in 10+2 pattern from recognised Central/State Boards such as CBSE, CISCE, or State Boards.
    • Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Exam from a recognised Board/University
    • GCE Advanced (A) level from London, Cambridge, or Sri Lanka
    • Cambridge High School Certificate Examination
    • Any exam recognised by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to 10+2
    • H.S.C. Vocational Exam approved by NCVT/SCVT
    • Senior Secondary Exam by the National Institute of Open Schooling with a minimum of five subjects, including English, results by 30 September of the admission year.

    Age Limit

    Medical Fitness

    • Candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate from a Registered Medical Practitioner at admission
    • The certificate should confirm fitness for practical training as per programme requirements

    Seat Allotment Procedure

    • Register on the NCHM Counselling Portal and pay a non-refundable fee of ₹2,000
    • Fill in the institute preferences through the portal
    • Allotment done on merit-cum-choice basis

    Reservation for Seat Allotment

    • EWS: 10%
    • OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 27%
    • SC: 15%
    • ST: 7.5%
    • PwD: 5% in each category for candidates with 40%+ disability capable of practical tasks
    • Kashmiri Migrants: One supernumerary seat per government institute

    NCHMCT JEE 2026 Application Form

    NTA has closed the NCHMCT JEE application form 2026 for all students. The last date for submitting the NCHM JEE 2026 application was April 01, 2026. The process to fill out and submit the NCHMCT JEE 2026 application form is as mentioned below. Candidates should remember the following criteria prior to application.

    • Candidates must follow the Instructions, including how to fill out the Application Form Online, as given in the Information Bulletin available on the NTA Website. Candidates not complying with the Instructions shall be summarily disqualified.
    • Candidates can apply for NCHM JEE-2026 through the “Online” mode only. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
    • Only one application is to be submitted by a candidate. Multiple Application Forms submitted by a candidate will not be accepted. The application correction window for any kind of corrections in the application can be done from April 2, 2026, to April 4, 2026.

    Steps to Fill the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Application Form

    • Download the Information Bulletin and the replica application form, and read carefully to check eligibility.
    • Step 1: Register online using a valid email ID and mobile number, and note the system-generated application number.
    • Step 2: Upload scanned documents:
    • Recent photograph (10–200 KB, 80% face visible, white background)
    • Candidate’s signature (4–30 KB)
    • PwD certificate if applicable (50–300 KB, PDF)
    • Category certificate, if applicable, for SC/ST/OBC/EWS, etc. (50–300 KB, PDF)
    • Step 3: Pay the application fee online via Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, UPI, or Wallet and keep proof of payment.

    Note to the Candidates

    1. Candidates need to download the Confirmation Page after successful payment and retain it for reference. In the event of the payment not being reflected, contact the bank/payment gateway or the NTA helpline. Any duplicate payments will be refunded by NTA.
    2. Ensure all details (name, contact, category, PwD status, education, exam city choice, date of birth) are correct as no changes are allowed after the correction period.
    3. Use only your own email and mobile number for registration, as all communications will be sent there.
    4. Regularly check the NTA website and registered email for updates.

    NTA released the NCHMCT JEE Answer Key on May 7. Candidates can download the answer key for NCHM JEE 2026 through their login. Candidates will also be given a chance to challenge the NCHMCT JEE 2026 Answer Key till May 9, 2026. Objections that are held valid will be resolved, and the NCHMCT final answer key 2026 will be published.
