Good percentage you got in diploma.YES,You can get the seat in kumaraguru college of technology.But you can also opt  for other best colleges in Tamilnadu that accepts your percentage.If you choose a private institution,then you have to pay for it,not much to pay but a little much higher than other govt institutions.Here I attach the link of Kumaraguru college of technology..Kindly refer that for further details.
