NCHMCT JEE 2027 Counselling Process - Important Steps

• Registration: Candidates have to register online using the login credentials created at the time of submitting the NCHM JEE application form.
• Choice filling and locking: Registered candidates are required to fill in their choices and lock them. These preferences will be used for the first and second rounds of allotment. Online choice modifications can be done, and candidates can lock them again in round two of NCHMCT JEE counselling. Choices should be filled in order of preference.
• Online seat allotment: Seats will be offered to the qualified candidates on the basis of their AIR, category, choices and seat availability. They will be able to know the seat allotment result in online mode.
• Reporting after seat allocation and fee payment: Those who will be allotted a seat will have to deposit a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 20,000 through the online mode only. After depositing the fee, candidates have to go through the verification of documents, which will also take place in an online mode. No physical reporting for document verification and payment is allowed. Candidates who have deposited the fee in the first round or second round of counselling and a seat is allotted, but wish to take part in the third and final round of counselling, do not have to pay any seat acceptance fee again. A candidate who has deposited a fee in the first or second round of Counselling and is not allotted any seat, the same fees will be considered for the next round of counselling.
• Withdrawal of allotted seat and refund rule: A candidate can cancel the allotted seat and claim a refund. The fee refund for cancellation of seat allocation will be processed only after receipt of the required documents, after a deduction of Rs. 2000. The withdrawal can be done through the online portal only.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2027 - Important Documents

Candidates should submit the mandatory documents at the time of counselling registration. Check the list given below.

• Document in support of the reservation claim.
• NCHMCT JEE admit card.
• Class 10/ date of birth certificate.
• NCHMCT JEE result/scorecard.
• Medical Certificate.
• Certificate informing that the aspirant has cleared the 10+2 level examination, such as:
  • Plus two-level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognised Central/State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination or State Boards of Secondary Education.
  • Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognised Board/ University.
  • General Certificate of Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
  • High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University.
  • Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in a foreign country recognised by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.
  • HSC Vocational Examination approved by NCVT and SCVT of the concerned states.
  • Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects, including English as one of the Subjects, results of which should be available up to September 30, 2027.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2027 - Fees to be Paid

The NCHMCT JEE 2027 counselling process has two types of fees: counselling registration fee and seat acceptance fee. The NCHMCT counselling registration fee is Rs 2000, which must be paid at the time of registration. Candidates who are offered a seat allotment will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 20,000.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2027 - Important Instructions

• The qualified candidates should give the maximum number of choices after evaluating all the institutes.
• In case the proof of passing the qualifying exam (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted by the provisionally admitted candidates at the time of counselling/admission/latest by the last week of September at the latest, then the Institute will cancel their admission.
• A Secondary Education Board/Pre-University certificate will be accepted as proof of date of birth during the admission procedure. Those failing to do so will not be considered for admission.
• As many as 5% to 15% extra seats over and above the decided intake may be offered as per the requirement to take care of no-shows and dropouts during the counselling of NCHMCT JEE.
• Candidates must preserve the copy of the NCHMCT JEE admit card which has to be produced at the time of counselling.
• Candidates are advised to check the NCHMCT counselling schedule regularly for any updates or changes.

NCHM JEE 2027 Cut-off

The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology will publish the NCHMCT JEE cutoff 2027 along with the seat allotment. The cutoff will be released for each round of NCHMCT JEE counselling. Only those candidates who clear the cutoff will be offered NCHMCT JEE seat allotment.

NCHM JEE Counselling: Refund Ruless

• The registration fee of Rs. 2,000 is non-refundable.
• A candidate who has accepted a seat in the First Round of counselling may withdraw the seat by submitting an online request through the e-counselling portal. This withdrawal option will be available only until the end of the first round. Such candidates will receive a 95% refund of the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF).
• There is no online option to withdraw an accepted or allotted seat after the First Round of counselling is over.
• A candidate who participates only in the Final Round, deposits the acceptance fee, but is not allotted any seat, or is allotted a seat but declared ineligible, will be eligible for a 100% refund of the acceptance fee.
• If a candidate participates only in the Final Round, is allotted a seat, and is found eligible, no refund will be provided if they choose not to accept the seat or wish to withdraw from the seat.
• A candidate who was allotted and accepted a seat in an earlier round, participated in the Final Round, but did not receive an upgraded seat (i.e., the earlier seat is retained), and subsequently wishes to withdraw or surrender the seat, will not be eligible for any refund.
• Acceptance fee refunds for non-allotment of seats, if applicable, will be processed by the NCHMCT only directly to the bank account provided by the candidate during the online withdrawal process through the portal. Refunds will be issued within 60 days from the commencement of the Academic Session (AS) for the newly admitted batch.
