Candidates who appear in the NCHM JEE exam 2023 can check their result by entering their roll number and password. The NCHMCT JEE counselling process includes online registration, choice filling, choice locking, seat allotment result, uploading of documents and payment to confirm the seat. Candidates who have qualified in the NCHMCT JEE can register for counselling which will be conducted in four rounds. Candidates can register for counselling of NCHM JEE 2023 through the official website by paying a registration fee of Rs. 2000.
NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023
Through NCHM JEE counselling 2023, aspirants will be granted admission across the 75 participating institutes of NCHMCT JEE. The authorities will then announce the final round of NCHMCT JEE seat allotment result. Also, the NTA NCHM JEE scorecard mentions whether a candidate is eligible for NCHMCT counselling or not. NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling comprises checking candidates’ eligibility, document verification, depositing counselling and first-semester fee. Candidates are hereby informed that admission in BSc Hospitality and Hotel Administration course is done strictly on the basis of a candidate’s All India Rank (AIR) in NCHMCT JEE.
NCHM JEE Counselling Dates 2023
After appearing for NCHMCT JEE 2023, candidates will need to check their NCHM JEE scorecard. As the NCHMCT JEE 2023 results will be announced, candidates will be allotted an All India Rank (AIR) and on this basis, they are categorized for NCHMCT JEE counselling. NCHMCT JEE 2023: Admit card required at the time of counselling
The admit card of NCHMCT JEE 2023 issued to aspirants at the time of the entrance exam needs to be preserved by them as the same needs to be produced at the time of counselling. If any aspirant does not have his/her duly attested admit card, he/she will not be allowed to take part in the counselling process.
NCHMCT JEE 2023 Counselling: Other Important Documents
Candidates should submit the mandatory documents at the time of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling registration. Check here the list:
1. Certificate informing that the aspirant has cleared 10+2 level examination like:
Plus two level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognized Central/State Board, such as Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination or State Boards of Secondary Education.
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University.
Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.
HSC Vocational Examination approved by NCVT and SCVT of concerned states.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects including English as one of the Subjects, result of which should be available up to September 30, 2023.

NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023: Fee to be Paid
When appearing for the counselling round, candidates will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 20,000. Here, Rs 2,000 is the counselling fee which is to be paid at the time of registration for counselling and seat acceptance fee (Rs 20,000) will be paid after the announcement of seat allotment result.

NCHM JEE Counselling 2023: Important Instructions
The qualified candidates should give a maximum number of choices after evaluating all the institutes.
In case the proof of passing the qualifying exam (10+2 or its equivalent) is not submitted by the provisionally admitted candidates at the time of counselling/admission/latest by the last week of September, then the Institute will cancel their admission.
Secondary Education Board/Pre-University certificate will be accepted for the date of birth proof during the admission procedure. Those failing to do so will not be considered for admissions.
As much as 5% to 15% extra seats over and above the decided intake may be offered as per the requirement to take care of no-shows and dropouts during the counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2023.
Candidates have to deposit a copy of the duly attested admit card with an invigilator for his/her signature. It should be kept safe and produced for appearing during the counselling procedure of NCHMCT JEE. The second copy should be retained at the test centre.

NCHM JEE Counselling 2023 through NIC on behalf of NCHMCT: Important details
1. Registration- It can be done only in online mode. All eligible candidates are to be considered for the first and second rounds of counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2023. Only those credentials will be used for NCHMCT JEE counselling 2023 that will be given by them during the application procedure.
2. Choice filling and locking- Registered candidates are required to fill their choices and lock them. These preferences will be used for the first and second rounds of allotment. Online choice modifications can be done, and candidates can lock them again in round two of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2023. Choices should be filled in order of preference.
3. Online seat allotment- Seats will be offered to the qualified candidates on the basis of their AIR, category, choices and seat availability. They will be able to know the seat allotment result in online mode.
4. Reporting after seat allocation and fee payment- Those, who will be allotted a seat, will have to deposit a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 20,000, through the online mode only. After depositing the fee, candidates have to go through the verification of documents that will also take place in online mode. No physical reporting for documents verification and payment is allowed. Candidates who have deposited the fee in the first round or second round of counselling and a seat is allotted, but wish to take part in the third and final round of counselling, do not have to pay again any seat acceptance fee. A candidate who has deposited fee in the first or second round of Counselling and not allotted any seat, same fees will be considered for next round of counselling.
5. Withdrawal of allotted seat and refund rule- A candidate can cancel the allotted seat and claim for a refund. The fee refund for cancellation of seat allocation will be processed only after receipt of the required documents after deduction of Rs.2000. The withdrawal can be done through online portal only.

About NCHM JEE Spot Round Counselling 2023
It is expected that like every year, all the reporting centres will hold spot round of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2023 wherein the below mentioned candidates will be eligible:
Eligible candidates, who did not register during main counselling (absentees)
Those, who have registered in round one and will be allotted a seat in the first and second round, but did not report at the RC
Eligible candidates, who have withdrawn before the spot round of NCHM JEE counselling
All provisionally admitted candidates
Admission to allotted institution and hostel- Candidates, who are provisionally admitted in round one, two or All India Rank (spot round, will have to report at the allocated institute along with the allotment letter and original testimonials with attested copies for completion of the admission formalities.
Withdrawal and Refund Policy
A: When 100% of the fee is permitted except the counselling fee of Rs.2,000
Candidates, who participated in the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2023 and are not allotted a seat till the final round of counselling can get a refund of Rs. 20,000.
Candidates who will be allotted seats during the first and second round of counselling but withdraw are eligible for a refund of Rs. 20,000.
Those, who are allotted seats during round one or two of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2023 and deposited fee online, but did not report to the reporting centre for verification of documents within the specified time period, their seat will be treated as cancelled and are eligible for a refund of Rs. 20,000.
B. Where a part refund of the total fee is allowed
Under this category, the total amount that will be forfeited is Rs. 2000 +Rs. 20,000.
Only those candidates are eligible for the refund, who are allocated seats in first, second and spot rounds, but could not withdraw and not reported at the allotted institution.
Candidates, who will be allotted seats via first, second and spot round of counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2023, reported to the allotted institute but did not attend class are eligible to get a refund of Rs. 89,000
Candidates who will be allotted seats during the first, second & final rounds of counselling and could not withdraw and not even reported for admission at the allotted Institute are eligible to get a refund of only Rs. 89, 000
NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2023: Reporting Centers
The seat allotment process will be done online, candidates will have to physically appear for the rest of the admission process at the respective centres. The third and final round of the counselling process for NCHMCT JEE 2023 is the Spot Counselling round. Aspirants need to register online for Spot Round of NCHMCT JEE 2023 counselling. Students meet the eligibility criteria to register for this round of counselling if they fulfill any of the below mentioned criterion:
Did not register for round 1 and round 2 of NCHMCT JEE 2023 Main Counselling including absentees of main Counselling.
Registered for Round 1 of Counselling and also secured admission in first or second round of counselling but did not report at the admission centre to complete all the admission formalities.
Withdrew before the Spot counselling round.

National Testing Agency (NTA) will release the NCHM JEE 2022 admit card in online mode tentatively in the first week of June 2022 on the official website, nchmjee.nta.nic.in. Visit the official website of NCHM JEE, nchmjeenta.nic.in. Click on the ‘NCHM JEE 2022 admit card’ tab. Enter your application number and date of birth. NCHMCT JEE 2022 admit card will appear on the screen. Download the admit card and take multiple printouts of the same for future reference. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information.

So, in response to your question. NCHMCT (National Center for Health Metrics and Technology ( NATIONAL COUNCIL FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND CATERING TECHNOLOGY). The examination must be completed in the month of May. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, it has been postponed till June 18th, 2022. The admission cards are expected to be released in May. They did not however, they will release them. They will create an account for you on their official website. Please keep yourself up to date.
