Before applying for JET 2025, it is necessary for candidates to fulfill the eligibility criteria. Check the following list of criterion set by the institute:
To secure admission in UG level hospitality courses candidates should have completed their 10+2 or higher secondary examination from a recognized board.
For PG courses, aspirants must be graduated in any stream from an AICTE or UGC affiliated colleges/universities.
The upper age limit for admission into UG courses is 22 years while for PG courses it is 25 years.
All candidates are required to keep ready some of the major documents before filling the application form. The required documents for all categories are:

Bank details for online payment through: Debit card/Credit card/NEFT or any other mode of payment.

There are three types of ways in which candidates can fill the GNIHM JET application form. Follow the steps given below:
Candidates can collect the application form and prospectus from Guru Nanak IHM campus by making a payment of Rs. 1000/-.
The payment of Rs 1000 can be done by by cash/cheque or Demand Draft in favour of “ Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management “ payable at Kolkata.
Candidates then have to submit the filled up application Form ( by person or by post) to the Guru Nanak IHM Kolkata campus.
Students can download application form and prospectus from Guru Nanak IHM website.
Candidates will have to submit the filled up Application Form ( by person or by post) to the Guru Nanak IHM Kolkata campus by making a payment of Rs. 1000/- by cash/cheque or Demand Draft in favour of “ Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management “ payable at Kolkata.
The last procedure is the direct admission where the candidates can fill an online application form which is available on the official website and submit accordingly. Follow the instructions given below to fill the application form of GNIHM JET 2025 online:
Step 1: Visit the official website of GNIHM (gnihm.ac.in).
Step 2: Click on the “Admission” button select JET Examination from the drop-down menu.
Step 3: After that, a page will appear where the “Apply Online” option will be present, so click on the same.
Step 4: Now on the next page click on the “Apply For Admission” button and you will be redirected to a new page.
Step 5: After that click on “Click here to apply online” button.
Step 6: Now a page will appear for login, click on “Join us” button.
Step 7: Then enter your details and click on sign up, after that fill the rest of the application form.
Step 8: Upload your photograph and signature according to the specifications mentioned in the instructions page.
Step 9: Click on ‘Submit’ and pay the application fee of Rs. 1000.
Step 10: Keep the e-receipt of the transaction page for future reference.
In order to avoid any cancellation or rejection of application form, candidates must keep in mind that they provide the exact details.
The institute will not accept GNIHM JET application form which is filled by the candidates after the last date unless specified by the institute for filling the form with late fee.
If the candidate does not pay the application form fee, then their form will not be accepted
In case the candidate submits incorrect or forged documents, then the candidature will automatically stand cancelled.
