The admit card of NCHMCT JEE 2025 will be issued to aspirants at the time of the entrance exam that needs to be preserved by them as the same needs to be produced at the time of counselling. If any aspirant does not have his/her duly attested admit card, he/she will not be allowed to take part in the counselling process.
Candidates should submit the mandatory documents at the time of NCHMCT JEE 2025 counselling registration. Check here the list given below.
1. Certificate informing that the aspirant has cleared 10+2 level examination like:
Plus two level examinations in the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education of any recognized Central/State Board, such as the Central Board of Secondary Education and Council for Indian School Certificate Examination or State Boards of Secondary Education.
Intermediate or two-year Pre-University Examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
General Certificate Education (GCE) Examination (London/Cambridge/Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University.
Any Public School/Board/University Examination in India or in a foreign country recognized by the Association of Indian Universities as equivalent to the 10+2 pattern of Senior Secondary education.
HSC Vocational Examination approved by NCVT and SCVT of concerned states.
Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with a minimum of five subjects including English as one of the Subjects, results of which should be available up to September 30, 2025.
2. Document in support of reservation claim.
3. NCHMCT JEE 2025 admit card.
4. Class 10/ date of birth certificate.
5. NCHMCT JEE 2025 application form.
6. NCHMCT JEE 2025 result/scorecard.
7. Medical Certificate.
When allotted a seat during NCHM JEE 2025 counselling, candidates will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 20,000. Here, Rs 2,000 is the counselling fee which is to be paid at the time of registration for counselling and the seat acceptance fee (Rs 20,000) is paid after the announcement of the NCHM seat allotment result.

The qualified candidates should give a maximum number of choices after evaluating all the institutes.
In case the proof of passing the qualifying exam (10+2 or it's equivalent) is not submitted by the provisionally admitted candidates at the time of counselling/admission/latest by the last week of September, then the Institute will cancel their admission.
A secondary Education Board/Pre-University certificate will be accepted for the date of birth proof during the admission procedure. Those failing to do so will not be considered for admission.
As much as 5% to 15% extra seats over and above the decided intake may be offered as per the requirement to take care of no-shows and dropouts during the counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2025.
Candidates have to deposit a copy of the duly attested admit card with an invigilator for his/her signature. It should be kept safe and produced for appearing during the counselling procedure of NCHMCT JEE 2025. The second copy should be retained at the test centre.
Candidates are advised to check the NCHMCT counselling schedule regularly for any updates or changes.
1. Registration- It can be done only in online mode. All eligible candidates are to be considered for the fresh registration rounds of counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2025. Only those credentials will be used for NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 used by them during the application procedure.
2. Choice filling and locking- Registered candidates are required to fill in their choices and lock them. These preferences will be used for the first and second rounds of allotment. Online choice modifications can be done, and candidates can lock them again in round two of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025. Choices should be filled in order of preference.
3. Online seat allotment- Seats will be offered to the qualified candidates on the basis of their AIR, category, choices and seat availability. They will be able to know the seat allotment result in online mode.
4. Reporting after seat allocation and fee payment- Those, who will be allotted a seat, will have to deposit a seat acceptance fee of Rs. 20,000, through the online mode only. After depositing the fee, candidates have to go through the verification of documents that will also take place online mode. No physical reporting for document verification and payment is allowed. Candidates who have deposited the fee in the first round or second round of counselling and a seat is allotted, but wish to take part in the third and final round of counselling, do not have to pay any seat acceptance fee again. A candidate who has deposited a fee in the first or second round of Counselling and is not allotted any seat, the same fees will be considered for the next round of counselling.
5. Withdrawal of allotted seat and refund rule- A candidate can cancel the allotted seat and claim a refund. The fee refund for cancellation of seat allocation will be processed only after receipt of the required documents after a deduction of Rs.2000. The withdrawal can be done through the online portal only.

It is expected that like every year, all the reporting centres will be conducting a spot round of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 wherein the below-mentioned candidates will be eligible:
Eligible candidates, who did not register during main counselling (absentees).
Those, who have registered in round one and will be allotted a seat in the first and second rounds, but did not report at the RC.
Eligible candidates, who have withdrawn before the spot round of NCHM JEE counselling.
All provisionally admitted candidates.
Admission to allotted institution and hostel - Candidates, who are provisionally admitted in round one, two or All India Rank (spot round, have to report at the allocated institute along with the allotment letter and original testimonials with attested copies for completion of the admission formalities.
A: When 100% of the fee is permitted except the counselling fee of Rs.2,000.
Candidates, who will participate in the NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 and are not allotted a seat till the final round of counselling can get a refund of Rs. 20,000.
Candidates who will be allotted seats during the first and second round of counselling but withdraw are eligible for a refund of Rs. 20,000.
Those, who are allotted seats during round one or two of NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 and deposited the fee online, but did not report to the reporting centre for verification of documents within the specified time period, their seat will be treated as cancelled and are eligible for a refund of Rs. 20,000.
B. Where a part refund of the total fee is allowed.
Under this category, the total amount that will be forfeited is Rs. 2000 + Rs. 20,000.
Only those candidates are eligible for the refund, who are allocated seats in the first, second and spot rounds, but could not withdraw and not reported at the allotted institution.
Candidates, who will be allotted seats via the first, second and spot round of counselling of NCHMCT JEE 2025, reported to the allotted institute but did not attend class are eligible to get a refund of Rs. 89,000.
Candidates who will be allotted seats during the first, second & final rounds of counselling and could not withdraw and not even reported for admission at the allotted Institute are eligible to get a refund of only Rs. 89,000.
The seat allotment process of NCHMCT JEE Counselling 2025 will be done online, candidates have to physically appear for the rest of the admission process at the respective centres. The online registration for NCHMCT JEE counselling 2025 is expected to begin in June.
The registration fee for NCHM JEE 2025 counselling is around Rs. 2000.
NCHMCT JEE counselling is held in approximately four rounds.
As part of the admission process a very helpful initiative undertaken by authorities is NCHMCT JEE is mock counselling. Mock counselling is conducted to help familiarise candidates with the entire online counselling process. In mock counselling, aspirants can see the probability and means through which they will be allotted seats for admissions on the basis of their rank in NCHMCT JEE in the college of their choice.
The final round of the counselling process for NCHMCT JEE 2025 is the Spot Counselling round. Aspirants need to register online for Spot Round of NCHMCT JEE counselling. Students must meet the eligibility criteria to register for this round of counselling if they fulfill any of the below mentioned criterion:
Did not register for round 1 and round 2 of NCHMCT JEE Main Counselling including absentees of main Counselling.
Registered for Round 1 of Counselling and also secured admission in first or second round of counselling but did not report at the admission centre to complete all the admission formalities.
Withdrew before the Spot counselling round.
Secured admission provisionally.
Yes, admit card is needed at the time of NCHMCT JEE counselling. Candidates have to produce their duly attested admit card with an invigilator’s signature at the reporting centre for verification of documents. Candidates who do not have their admit card will not be allowed to take part in the counselling process.

With an AIR of 586 in NCHM-JEE, you have a reasonable chance of getting into IHM Pusa, especially if the past cutoffs were around 200-400. Your rank is competitive, and while IHM Pusa is one of the top institutes, there might still be a possibility of admission depending on the final cutoffs and the number of seats available.

The exam consists of 200 questions , and you can attempt as many questions as you like within the given time limit of 3 hours . There is no limit on the number of questions you can attempt from each section.
