Written examination of NCHM Joint Entrance Examination 2014 was held on April 26, 2014 at 51 centers located across India. According to exam officials from National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT), around 21,600 candidates had registered for the all India level written examination for the academic year. The entrance exam was conducted to offer admissions to B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration programmes for a total of 7945 seats distributed among 51 participating hotel management institutes.

Such candidates are required to produce the original Medical Certificate both at the time of Counselling and at the time of Admission to the Institute. In case of any dispute in determining the eligibility under PD category, the decision of the Medical Board to be constituted by Institute would be final.
