For the first six months of your employment with a major airline, you will be on probation (training) and as soon as you complete the training programme, you will be placed as an Air Hostess/ Cabin Crew/ Flight Attendant. In International airlines, a flight attendant starts their career as a Flight Pursuer and rises to become a Senior Pursuer. After a few years of experience and can reach up to the position of Chief Flight Attendant.
