Careers360: Tell us something about the institute – when it was established, and its vision and mission.
Piyush Chauhan: The institute was established in 2008 with the vision and mission of “Education to Employment.” Our focus goes beyond academics to ensure holistic development, including personality enhancement and communication skills, to make students fully industry-ready.
Careers360: Can you tell us about the admission process?
Piyush Chauhan: The admission process begins when a candidate fills out an enquiry form with their basic details. This form is then assigned to a counselor who assesses the candidate's profile and recommends a suitable course. During the interaction, the counselor also explains available financial assistance and scholarship options. If the candidate agrees to proceed, they purchase the prospectus, complete the admission form, submit the required documents, and pay the admission fee.
Careers360: What kind of infrastructure can students expect at the institute? Please elaborate.
Piyush Chauhan: The institute offers state-of-the-art infrastructure, including modern teaching methodologies, a Wi-Fi-enabled campus, smart classrooms equipped with visual aids, and a clean, hygienic environment. All our labs are equipped with industry-relevant tools and resources to ensure practical, hands-on learning experiences.
Careers360: Industry interaction and corporate recruitment are key aspects today. What initiatives has the institute undertaken in this regard?
Piyush Chauhan: We ensure that our students are industry-ready through various initiatives such as guest lectures by industry professionals, industrial training (IT), and on-the-job training (OJT) integrated into our curriculum. We also provide students opportunities to work with premium Outdoor Caterings (ODCs), giving them direct exposure to real-time industry work environments.
Careers360: Internships are now mandatory under AICTE guidelines. Does the institute support students with internship placements?
Piyush Chauhan: Absolutely. We ensure that 100% of our students are provided with internships. Renowned five-star hotel properties regularly visit our campus to select students for internships, ensuring valuable industry exposure and experience.

Careers360: Can you share placement statistics, including average, highest, and lowest packages, number of students placed, and companies that have recruited?
Piyush Chauhan: UEI Global maintains a strong placement track record, particularly in hospitality management. Our placement rate ranges between 95% and 100%. The average package is between INR 3–4 LPA, with the highest reported package reaching INR 7-8 LPA. Our students are recruited by leading hotel chains such as Taj, The Oberoi, Sheraton, Novotel, Hyatt, JW Marriott, ITC Hotels, among others. Several students have also secured international job opportunities through our global network.
