Digamber Shelke- BSc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2009-12)

Digamber Shelke - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2009-12). Before joining college, he was a shy kid for whom cooking was only a hobby. United Education Institute (UEI Global) not only broadened his horizons to have a global career but also trained and polished him to become a focused and confident chef.” UEI Global has always been a major part of his life. The 3-year college life has prepared him to face the industry with courage and confidence. From classroom learning to industry exposure, UEI helped him evolve into becoming the strong confident Pastry Chef that he is today.

His journey so far has been full of thrill and excitement, every day has been a new learning, He has had the opportunity to travel to the most beautiful cities and countries around the world and North America Turk and Caicos have been a cherry on the cake. Kashyap V Pancholi- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2013-16)

Kashyap V Pancholi - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2013-16). Kashyap's experience with UEI Global College was incredibly positive. The professors’ knowledge and their willingness to share it with students enabled him to learn and succeed both at college and in the industry. While graduating from the programme, Kashyap joined the Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai for industrial training and worked with The Westin Pune Koregaon Park, Pune for job training, joined Front Office Executive at ITC Maratha, Mumbai and became an Executive Lounge Manager at Entebbe International Airport, Uganda to his current position in a Hotel as an Assistant General Manager K Hotels, Uganda. The Hospitality programme at UEI Global, Pune helped him gain the education and knowledge needed to succeed and advance in the workplace.

Yash Sadekar- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2014-2017)

Yash Sadekar - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2014-17). Yash’s experience at UEI Global Pune has taught him one fundamental thing - life is unpredictable. It is a perfect blend of joy and hardships. Vikas Shinde - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2016-19). Vikas’s personal experience with UEI Global, Pune is remarkable. Starting from being counselled for the course till being placed in one the most reputed chain, Hyatt, Pune, the staff- the counsellors, and the faculties are excellent. Abhishekh Singh- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2016-2019)

Abhishekh Singh - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2016-19). Abhishekh is highly obliged to be a student of UEI Global, Pune. UEI Global helped him in nurturing to become a professional. Saif Shaikh- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2016-2019)

Saif Shaikh - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2016-19). Saif appreciates the efforts which UEI Global takes in teaching and guiding the students be it with the studies or be the grooming standards. He witnessed his transformation in becoming a professional throughout his 3 years journey at UEI Global. He was thrilled to be an intern at Trident (Oberoi Group), Hyderabad, it being the turning point in his career. The internship experience with the faculty guidance was a perfect mélange which helped him get a job at Grand Hyatt, Goa.

Kartik Gupta- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2016-2019)

Kartik Gupta - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2016-19). Kartik’s dream to enter the hospitality industry took concrete shape when he set foot in UEI Global Institute, Pune. Perfect grooming and a healthy blend of hands-on experience with a theoretical background provided by the dedicated staff which helped unfold his talents. A rigorous training at The Leela Palace, Udaipur as a part of his internship as well as International exposure during his OJT at Four Seasons Resort, Langkawi (Malaysia) which enhanced his knowledge of the Hotel Industry. He saw a remarkable transformation in him and evolved into a better person during 3 years at the institute. The reward of this intense training was visible when he secured a job at The Oberoi Hotel Mumbai where he accepted the role in the Housekeeping Department. As of now, he is going to Switzerland to pursue his master’s degree, the UEI family is supporting him with all they can. He gives all credit to UEI Global for bringing out the best in him and giving him a “Home” away from Home.

Natasha Michael- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2017-2020)

Natasha Michael - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2017-20). One of the main reasons Natasha joined UEI Global was the welcoming atmosphere that she felt the moment she walked in for counselling. Staff (teaching and non-teaching) paid attention to each and every student and resolved their issues and queries if any. She was selected at Hyatt Regency Pune for her industrial training. No doubt UEI Global had prepared them for the industry. The institute prepared thoroughly for the interviews and helped them with communication. She successfully completed her On Job Training at The Westin Pune Koregaon Park. UEI Global has the most experienced staff and the knowledge that they impart has tremendously helped her in these 3 years of her graduation.

This helped her crack the interview for her Industrial training, she completed her internship at ITC Windsor Bangalore. Simran Gupta - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2018-21). Her overall experience at UEI Global Pune has been amazing, and the college has an amazing infrastructure. UEI Global has provided her with several opportunities post COVID-19 to grow and explore her skills. The emphasis on sports along with education always helped her a lot. She has always found a positive and healthy environment and the teachers are highly supportive at UEI Global. Most of her doubts were cleared after the classes. Not only this, she is very thankful for the way teachers conducted online lectures during COVID and cleared all doubts and concerns. The UEI Global Pune placement cell also helped her in getting an internship and then OJT in the HR department of a reputed five-star hotel, Conrad, Pune.

Ayushi Dayma- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2019-2022)

Ayushi Dayma - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2019-22). She is thankful to UEI Global Education for giving her the opportunity and for believing in her that she could achieve her goals. She was able to take the first step toward her career in the hotel industry with their guidance and proper training. All her initial doubts were cleared by the faculties and though she faced a lot of problems during training, the faculties always motivated her. Ayushi is working with Hyatt Regency, Pune, as Guest Service Officer and she is proud to have chosen the right college without which she wouldn’t be able to achieve her dream. Akansha Kad - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2020-23). “In hospitality, there's always more to learn, and you're dealing with so many different types of people from all over the world every single day. You'll never know it all, and that can be humbling, but it's also a great opportunity to develop a coaching mentality in your management staff.” That's what she felt when she became part of UEI Global Institute of Hotel Management, Pune. Akansha’s dream hotel was Ritz Carlton, Pune and today she is part of it as an intern. She is also thankful to her director and staff who always motivated her and they are her strongest support all the time.

Umesh Salunkhe- B.Sc Catering Science & Hospitality Management (2012-2015)

Umesh Salunkhe - UEI Global Pune Alumnus (2012-15). Not a single day passed that Umesh had not learnt anything in college. The faculties at UEI Global are experienced and excellent, and as they impart their valuable insights about the industry, it just makes one glued towards the goals. He is thankful to UEI Global Pune for giving him good opportunities whether IT or OJT. Due to these valuable opportunities, he has been moulded perfectly to suit the industry and there is no stopping. Currently, he has been working with Conrad- Hilton, Pune for the past 7 years and prior to the job he got trained in J.W. Marriott. To conclude with years of experience, he can still relate to what the faculties taught and how their guidance has led him to be one step closer to achieving his ultimate goal.
