MAH MHMCT CET 2024: The State Common Entrance Test Cell will release the application form for MAH MHMCT CET 2024 on the official website. Aspirants will have the opportunity to fill the MAH MHMCT CET application form online  at cetcell.mahacet.org. The exam authority will offer the prescribed date for the applicants to make corrections in their MAH MHCT CET 2024 application form. The MAH MHMCT  CET exam will be conducted on April 7, 2024 in computer-based mode for admission to master level in the Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT) programmes.

About MAH M.HMCT CET

Maharashtra Hotel Management Common Entrance Test (MAH HM CET) is a state-level entrance exam administered by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. The conducting body conducts entrance exams for  both undergraduate and postgraduate level programmes in Hotel Management and Catering Technology. The Master level entrance exam is called Master of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Common Entrance Test (MAH MHMCT CET), while Bachelor’s level is known as the MAH Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Common Entrance Test (MAH BHMCT CET). 

The MAH HM CET aims to facilitate admissions into MHMCT programmes in colleges or universities that are recognized by the Government of Maharashtra and affiliated with any universities within the state. The MAH HM CET is an online examination conducted across various cities in India. All Indian nationals are eligible to apply for the upcoming MAH HM CET 2024 exam.

• The applicant must be an Indian citizen.

• The applicant should have completed a bachelor’s degree in hotel management from an institution that is either recognized by AICTE or approved by the Central/State government, or holds an equivalent status.

• The applicant must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in their graduation  degree.

• For candidates belonging to backward class categories and persons with disabilities (from Maharashtra State only), the minimum score requirement is 45%.

Note - Candidates who are appearing for their qualifying exam in the exam year are also eligible to appear for MAH HM CET 2024.

The State Common Entrance Test Cell will soon announce MAH MHMCT CET 2024 application form on the official website. Eligible candidates can fill the application form of MAH MHMCT CET 2024 and submit it before the deadline along with the necessary application fee. MAH MHMCT CET 2024 registration fee varies based on the candidate’s category. For the General category, it is Rs 1000, while for reserved categories, it is Rs 800. NRI / OCI / PIO and Foreign National students are required to pay a fee of Rs. 5000. The payment of the MAH M.HMCT CET application fees can be made online using a debit card, credit card, cash cards, or mobile wallets.
