1. WelcomLEAD Programme- WelcomLEAD is a 36 months undergraduate programme that develops young professionals to deliver exceptional hospitality service. The Program Structure

  • The students will get exposure to practical training at ITC hotels and have an opportunity to enroll for Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) (BTS) from IGNOU.

  • The trainees will be present in the designated department for five days every week.

  • One day of the week will be designated for self-study and theory sessions.(Completion of IGNOU assignments, preparation for examinations and evaluations)

The Graduate Hospitality Program (GHP) is a wholly residential & financed ITC Limited programme. The GHP is one of the hospitality management training programs in hotels in India that offers a rewarding career path to the successful candidates. Hotels division has a structured academic at ITC HMI & on the job training being conducted at all ITC prefixed hotels (ITC Hotels). The GHP has a duration of 2 years. The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development

The OCLD offers a three-year Programme for students who have passed Class XII. The Systematic Training and Education Programme -STEP includes comprehensive on-the-job training at select Oberoi and Trident Hotels along with a correspondence Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Oberoi Centre of learning and Development which was established in 1966. Systematic training and Education Programme (STEP) was initiated in 2004 by the Oberoi Centre of learning and Development. At present around 250 students are trained at 11 hotels from the Oberoi group. The STEP is one of the most sought-after hotel management training programs in India.

Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP)-

This is a three year programme which provides an opportunity to students to get trained at any one of the 31 luxury hotels of the Oberoi Group.
