The Graduate Hospitality Program (GHP) is a wholly residential & financed ITC Limited programme. The Systematic Training and Education Programme -STEP includes comprehensive on-the-job training at select Oberoi and Trident Hotels along with a correspondence Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Oberoi Centre of learning and Development which was established in 1966. Systematic training and Education Programme (STEP) was initiated in 2004 by the Oberoi Centre of learning and Development. This is a three year programme which provides an opportunity to students to get trained at any one of the 31 luxury hotels of the Oberoi Group.
