1. WelcomLEAD Programme- WelcomLEAD is a 36 months undergraduate programme that develops young professionals to deliver exceptional hospitality service. The programme is completely financed by ITC Limited -Hotels Division. It includes a handsome stipend and has a structured academic & on the job training curriculum. The program is conducted at all ITC prefixed hotels (ITC Hotels). The candidate attains a graduate degree in Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) (BTS) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) apart from getting the WelcomLEAD Certification & experience from ITC Hotels. The programme leads to a placement in frontline operations in the company‘s hotels across the country (subject to availability).
Required Skill Set:
Good learning and communication skills while being fluent in English language.
Pleasing personality with proportionate height and weight.
Extrovert / team person, possess leadership qualities and be an emotionally stable person with sound health and caring attitude.
High level of general awareness and basic knowledge of computers.
Candidates must have completed the class 10+2 or equivalent examination/must be appearing for exams in the final year.
Candidates must be of 18 years or above age and below 20 years as on 1st July of the year of commencement of the programme.
Minimum aggregate marks of 60% in class X and the same for class XII.
No compartment in any subjects and a minimum of 60% in English in Class 10th.

The Program Structure
The three year WelcomLEAD programme comprises three terms, each of one year duration. Depending on the number, the trainees would be divided into batches.
The students will get exposure to practical training at ITC hotels and have an opportunity to enroll for Bachelor of Arts (Tourism Studies) (BTS) from IGNOU.
The trainees will be present in the designated department for five days every week.
One day of the week will be designated for self-study and theory sessions.(Completion of IGNOU assignments, preparation for examinations and evaluations)
2. Graduate Hospitality Programme( For Graduates)
The Graduate Hospitality Program (GHP) is a wholly residential & financed ITC Limited programme. Hotels division has a structured academic at ITC HMI & on the job training being conducted at all ITC prefixed hotels (ITC Hotels). The GHP has a duration of 2 years. Since the candidates would have completed their graduation at the time of joining, they would be groomed as prospective managers in the following:
Front of the House Departments (Front office or Food and Beverage) equipping them with requisite knowledge & training under the mentorship of seasoned & professional trainers from ITC Hotels.

Age limit not more than 26 on commencement of the programme

The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development
The OCLD offers a three-year Programme for students who have passed Class XII. The Systematic Training and Education Programme -STEP includes comprehensive on-the-job training at select Oberoi and Trident Hotels along with a correspondence Bachelor's Degree in Tourism Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). Oberoi Centre of learning and Development which was established in 1966. Systematic training and Education Programme (STEP) was initiated in 2004 by the Oberoi Centre of learning and Development. At present around 250 students are trained at 11 hotels from the Oberoi group.
1. Systematic Training and Education Programme (STEP)-
This is a three year programme which provides an opportunity to students to get trained at any one of the 31 luxury hotels of the Oberoi Group. The core operational departments under which training is offered are Food and Beverages, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Front-Office. Apart from practical training students are also enrolled at Indira Gandhi National Open University’s (IGNOU) course, Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Studies (BTS). Under STEP, two programmes are on offer, which are:
Hotel Operations Programme - Front Office and Food & Beverage Service
Hotel Operations Programme - Housekeeping
Hotel Operations Programme - Kitchen
Candidates should be above 18 and below 20 years of age, as on August 15, of the year of joining the Programme.
Candidates must have passed Class XII as on July 1, of the year of joining, from a Board recognised by the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), India.
The programme requires a Class X English score of 71% or above. The equivalent in CBSE is a B1 Grade or an eight grade point.
The admission process consists of 3 tier rounds:
Round one includes applicants being evaluated on their poise, grooming and command over English.
In round 2, shortlisted candidates have a personal interview with a panel consisting of senior faculty of Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
