The Oberoi Group has released the exam centres of Systematic Training and Education Programme along with the Oberai STEP 2025 application form. The Oberoi STEP 2025 exam centres are the cities, candidates will have to visit to appear for the interview round as there will be no written test conducted for admission. Oberoi STEP 2025 will be conducted across 13 cities in India.
Test-takers are required to report to the Oberoi STEP 2025 test centres at least an hour before the commencement of the interview process. Those who fill Oberoi STEP application form 2025 can choose the exam centre according to their preference from the given list by OCLD(Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development). There are 13 cities in which Oberoi STEP 2025 interview will be conducted. Mumbai will have two centres for the same i.e North Mumbai and South Mumbai for candidates’ convenience. Candidates can go through the given below list of exam centres for Oberoi STEP:

Before reporting to the Oberoi STEP 2025 test centres where the interview round will be conducted, candidates need to carry with them the following list of documents:
Print copy of Oberoi STEP application form 2025
Class X certificate (One copy). If any candidate's Class X certificate doesn’t mention the date of birth then they need to carry one copy of their birth certificate at the time of the interview round.
Copy of class XII certificate
One passport size photograph
Valid ID proof
Medical certificate. The candidate should be deemed medically fit by Oberoi Step’s company doctor.
PwD certificate issued by the authorized medical officer, if claiming the relaxation under PwD category

After getting shortlisted in Oberoi STEP 2025 admissions, there are a number of benefits students avail. These are as follows:
Selected candidates will be enrolled into the Indira Gandhi National Open University(IGNOU) - Bachelor of Tourism Studies.
The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development invests time, effort and money in candidates selected for the three year STEP Programme.
The programme includes a dedicated study day once a week, three weeks study leave to take IGNOU exams and three weeks annual leave.
OCLD bears all expenses on IGNOU course fee and books, accommodation, duty meals, transportation, medical insurance and uniforms.
The selected candidates are also paid a monthly allowance during the training period.
On successful completion of the STEP Programme, trainees will receive a Bachelor of Tourism Studies degree from IGNOU and a Certificate of Proficiency from The Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development.
The programme prepares candidates to join The Oberoi Group as Operations Assistant at different hotel chains of Oberoi Groups.

No when candidates fill the application form, there is no registration fee for appearing in the entrance test which is conducted in the form of personal interview.

The admission process involves online registration for STEP on the Oberoi Group’s website, filling in personal and academic details, and submitting the form by April. Shortlisted candidates are invited for interviews from April to May. Selection is based on interview performance and eligibility. Selected candidates are notified about their result and the programme start date via email or phone. The programme begins in June-July and lasts three years.
