There are many IHM colleges,so the timing varies accordingly.Mostly the college starts at 9am and ends at 4pm-5pm and has a break of 1 hour for lunch probably at 1-2pm.
Weekends i.e saturday and sunday are off days.

As per your question IHM Chennai is the best option among IHM Banglore and IHM Mumbai. Beacause in IHM Chennai approx 99% of students will get placed at the end of the year and the rest 1% of the students went for higher studies. Companies like TAJ, ITC, Hilton Accor visit here for placements. So it should be the better option among all according to me.

The Institute of Hotel Management, Catering & Nutrition ,pusa ,delhi offers more then 4 courses such as Diploma in Food & Beverage Service ,B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration ,Diploma in Bakery & Confectionary ,Post Graduate Diploma in Dietetics & Hospital Food Service ,M.Sc Hospitality Administration,etc... and course fees and duration is different .You had not mentioned any particular course name which course you wants to take admission but we are provides approximate average fees details 65 thousand .For diploma course fees is approximate 55-60 LPA ,Post graduation in diploma course fees is approximate 75k ,bsc -1.3 lpa ,and msc 1.2 lpa .
