NCHM JEE 2015 Syllabus covers important topics and basic concepts of the following subjects-English, Mathematics, and Science. The questions are framed from these subjects at high school and intermediate examination level. Besides, the three mentioned subjects, the national level hotel management entrance exam NCHM JEE 2015 also covers question on current affairs and aptitude for hospitality sector.

However, the exam conducting authority National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology has not prescribed a specific section for NCHM JEE 2015 Syllabus in its last year information brochure. Careers360 brings detailed information on exam pattern and NCHM JEE 2015 Syllabus including important topics for each fives sections.

 

The NCHM JEE 2015 question paper will be set in both English and Hindi, except the “English Language” section. The question paper will carry a total of 200 multiple choice questions. The question paper will be divided into 5 sections namely: Numerical Ability and Scientific Aptitude, Reasoning and Logical Deduction, General Language and Current Affairs, English Language, and Aptitude for Service Sector. Number of questions allotted for each section and important topics is given below in boxes-

For the Service Aptitude Section, questions are based on candidates’ personality traits suitability for hospitality sector.  The section carries no negative marking scheme. It carries graded marking scheme. Under graded marking scheme, the most apt answer will be awarded 1 mark, followed by 0.75, 0.5, 0.25 marks respectively. 

 

However, the other four sections carry negative marking. Each correct answer will lead to addition of 1 marks and wrong answer will lead to deduction of 0.25 marks.

Are there any concessions for Students Certified with Learning Disability

Hi there,

Yes the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology , has some relaxation for the eligibility criteria for people with differently abled candidate or some kind of impairment ,

  1. 5% of seats across board are reserved for Physically Disabled candidates in all Central & State Government Institutes of Hotel Management. For any category of disability (viz. loco motor, visual, dyslexia, speech, and /or hearing ) benefit would be given to those who have at least 40% physical impairment but able to perform the kitchen and other practical classes required for the course.
  2. The percentage of disability of the candidates will be required to be              certified by Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Central Govt. / State Govt./      Municipal Corporation run Hospitals only,
  3. Dyslexia Certificate should either from the clinical psychologist          department of a Govt Hospital or from a RCI registered clinical            psychologist attached with a registered hospital.

Such candidates are required to produce the original Medical Certificate both at the time of Counselling and at the time of Admission to the Institute. In case of any dispute in determining the eligibility under PD category, the decision of the Medical Board to be constituted by Institute would be final.

Are there any other enterance exams than NCHM JEE for hotel management? are CET and CAT exams for hotel management ? THANKYOU!

Hello.
no CET exam is not for hotel management course this is MAH HM CET exam which is for hotel management score and if talking about CAT exam so this exam is for all management related course so,  this is also for hotel management course.

Hello student nchmjee is conducted by NTA its a national level exam to take admission in two undergraduate courses - B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration(Generic or Specialization). NCHMCT,
Application form will be available from 1jan 2020to 28 February 2020.
Eligibility criteria is pass in senior secondary school (+2)with English as a mandatory subject.

Registration for NCHMJEE 2020 will starts from 1st January 2020 and EXAMINATION will happens on April 25..And results will be declared on 10 may 2020 in online mode..You can check your result by entering roll number, application Number, date of birth and security number..
