ALL INDIA RANK of 14500(general) , its tough to get in Central IHMs in 1st and 2nd round, can get a couple of Central IHMs in spot round and {State IHMs in 2nd(and spot)round}.Private IHMs is also an option,but the question says about the govt. IHMs only.
