first up all it depended on the your catagary, which colleges you get on the rank 19372, 

but, acoording to my opinion the ihm guwhati, ihm shilong, ihm bubaneshwar, ihm hajipur, ihm shrinagar, ihm gurdaspur, and also the ihm shimla you can get on the rank 19372.

as based on your rank we cant expect branches in any college if you are under oc category you dont get cse/ece branches and vary according to category both are best for placements than others thank you

You have good chances to get a number of good colleges. Howveer, we might not be able to help you with finding an exact college due to high swings in stats. FOr example, the cut off for IHM Chennai was about 4K in 2017 and amost near 9K

Your ranking isn't that good however as you have OBC quota chances are there that you may get an IHM however the probability for your selection is quite low .
