    You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a rank of around 18,000 in NCHMCT, you don't have a chance in IHM Dehradun unless you belong to the SC or St category, even in the third round. Delhi and Mumbai closed with a rank of around 500, when comparing the results of previous years. But you can't get into other central government IHM's.
