Dear student if you want to change category after registration and exam during counselling you cannot change .

You will be disqualified even though you have certificate proof because of filling wrong details during registration. So it's better to fill the counseling as general category only.

Hello Aspirant!! Changing the caste is not applicable before counseling of NCHM JEE exam or any other exam. They won't let you do that you have to continue with general category only. If it is entered wrong then changing that would happen by providing proves and caste certificate but they don't let you to change the category.

                    Yes of course you will surely get a government college with this rank. 

                    As other councils NCHM also reserves seats for different categories.

     Thus for general category with this rank you might not get into top colleges of IHM but u will surely get a good government college under state or centre government.

             Simply register for counselling as it is open now and look what best happens.
