according to the nchm jee counselling patterns 3 rounds are conducted and if you have paid 40k for seta locking in the 2nd round and register for the 3rd round and do not get seat in hyderabad you need not worry.

your seat in chennai is locked and will not go from your hands until you withdraw from it.

the dates for the counselling or result declaration of the nchm 22 is not yet out. you can keep a frequent check on the official website of nchm jee to get live updates about the dates and live events. the dates all around have been notified to be released soon.

Any counselling lets the candidate to have the freedom to join the seat allocation process at any round (round1 or round 2 or round3). But as per your case if we consider a situation where you didn't pay first round seat allotment fees and then it says that you are no more eligible for the second round then don't panic. Make a list of your college, talk with the authorities. I know one of my friends who became a defaulter (not this case, it was a problem of his own) and later got admitted in one of his desired private colleges. Some colleges held decentralized counselling which can be another solution. Otherwise opt for management quota where you have to pay extra money for your seat allotment(which will be done by the college itself). Councilling for any examination holds equal importance as it's exams because with good marks a proper and a correct way of councilling is required to grab a college of desired wish .

After the fees payment the college will process your details and then would ask you to report physically either to the alloted college or at a specific location and then your documents will be checked and verified by the college officials.

Mainly the document which are verified are 10 12 marksheet , transfer certificate, migration certificate ,admit card of the exam given and the allotment letter received by you through college.

National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) will start the NCHMCT JEE 2021 counselling soon as the result has been announced. The authorities will conduct NCHMCT JEE seat allotment in three rounds. The exact date for the counselling has not yet been declared. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. The first two rounds of NCHM JEE 2021 counselling are web-based whereas the third round is called Spot Round.
