NCHMCT JEE is a national level exam conducted once a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate courses in hospitality. Candidates must have passed class 12 with English as a compulsory subject.
Nchmt Jee is a 3 Hour online exam. It contains 200 questions. 4 marks is awarded for every correct answer and 1 mark is deducted for every incorrect answer. The questions will be objective based. You have to choose one option from a given choice of 4 options. The subjects included in this exam are: 1)English 2) Numerical ability and Analytic Aptitude. 3) Reasoning and Logical deduction. 4) General Knowledge and Current affairs. 5) Aptitude for service sector.
To excel in this exam, my personal suggestion to you is: 1) Study really hard for English subject. Attempt each question in English section. Make your grammer perfect. 2) In the Numerical ability section don't take much risk. Attempt only those questions you are 100% sure of. But attempt almost 75% of the questions in that section. 3) You have to really be updated with the general knowledge and the current affairs. Keep reading the current news on Covid19 and the topics which are trending these days. Stay updated on the news about Hospitality and Hotel sectors. 4) The aptitude section is really very easy. You just have to think from others point of view while answering.
Overall the exam is pretty easy as compared to other competitive exams. One guide I would recommend you is of the Arihant publication. It has really helped me in my Jee exams and will surely help you too.
All the best for your exams!!
