if i got 125 marks in jee adv in st category then which best iit college in which i will take admission

Sohamsengupta8 4th Jul, 2020

Hello student,

Actually the cut off trend changes every year. So it is quite impossible to tell about that.

Actually for or a good rank in JEE advanced you should have minimum 40% of the full marks. But if you belongs to st category your rank can be under 1000. So you may get IIT Hyderabad.

I have got 241 marks in std 12th cbse exam can I take admission for bsc on govt collage??

akanshavg241 Student Expert 15th Jul, 2019
Hey Sanjulata,
According to your 12th marks i.e. 241 marks if you have these marks in total 5 subjects then your 12th percentage would be around 48% or so.

A government college asks for minimum 50% marks (45% marks for reserved category candidates) in the qualifying examination for admission, so it is going to be somewhat difficult for admission to a government college. But if a college conducts entrance exam for admission to the BSc course and if you belongs to reserved category then there are chances for your admission.
Good Luck!

Is it mandatory to have French in class 12 to pursue ftench honours??

Prashant_1553778274 Student Expert 28th Apr, 2019

Hello Harleen,

It is not mandatory to have French in 12th grade to pursue French Honours. All you need is eligibility for the college which is offering the course. And these eligibility criteria do not usually demand a mandatory French in 12th. Leave alone mandatory, it's not even important, yoully be taught everything from the scratch. In short, to answer your question, no it's not mandatory.

I hope this helps.
