Hassan Raaif- FCIHM (2015-16)
Hassan Raaif, FCIHM batch 2015-16 is from Maldives. He finished his school and wanted to do a suitable course. Upon doing a bit of research he felt that a course in Hospitality Management would get him a suitable job and a flourishing career, especially in his country, which is a world-famous tourist destination. In 2015 he started his journey at UEI Global with a 1 year foundation course in Hospitality Management. At first, like most students, he was apprehensive and compatible with the course but he quickly became intrigued and entranced with the inner workings of Hospitality Management. The excellent practical lessons along with the terrific course work prepared him for his 6 months of Industrial Training after which he was placed as an HR Assistant. Now he is working as an HR Manager at Pullman Resort Maldives Maamuta.
Hassan Fazil- Hospitality Management Degree Programme (International Specialisation) - (2015-16)
Hassan Fazil- Hospitality Management Degree Programme (International Specialisation) batch 2015-16 dreamt of being successful in life. After his class 12th, he joined Engineering but after 2 years he had to discontinue and joined UEI Global, Trivandrum for the Hospitality Management programme with International Specialisation. The experienced and excellent faculties, industry-focused curriculum, practicals, and training provided at Fairfield by Marriotts, Bangalore where he did his Industrial Training and Job Training and later got placed in the same Hotel as an HR Assistant. Now he works as Assistant HR Manager at Marriott Harbour Hotel and Suites, Dubai. He is very happy with the decisions that he made and is thankful for the support and guidance of the faculties and placement provided by UEI Global.
Akhil B K - Hospitality Management Degree Programme - (2016-2019)
Studying at UEI Global for Hospitality Management was one of the best decisions of Akhil that he has taken in his life. The institute offered thorough knowledge about the various aspects of Hotel Management and the Hospitality Industry. The superb facilities along with the excellent faculty make it a great opportunity for each person to learn and grow. Every student is apprehensive about his or her future and career and has a fear of getting a job. UEI knows the right people in the industry. Each year the institute has the best hotels, Aviation partners and Tourism organisations that approach the placement. Now, Akhil works at Nasport Aviation, Kannur Airport in the Business class Lounge as an F&B Attendant. All credits go to the placement opportunity provided by UEI Global.
Sony B - Hotel Management Programme - (2017-2020)
For Sony B it has been a great experience studying at UEI Global from 2017-2020. She enjoyed every moment in the institute and learnt a lot. The faculties at UEI Global are all well experienced and caring, supportive and guide the students at every step. The students are highly skilled through classroom lectures, and practical training and groomed to work in all the departments in a Hotel. This has helped her grow and develop into a confident professional. She did Job Training at Hotel Hycinth, Trivandrum and as of now, and continues working here and gaining more experience in the F&B Service Department.
Ajesh A S - Hotel Management Programme - (2017-2020)
Ajesh A S says that he is glad that by choosing UEI Global he realised what a professional life is. The faculties at UEI Global are very close to the students, they understand every problem of the students and support and guide them in every way. The faculty members are very friendly with the students. This helps students share their difficulties and approach them for support and assistance in their course work and helps them realise their personality and mould their skills accordingly to suit the industry.
Ajesh personally feels that this is the best institute, for those who are planning their career in the hospitality and tourism industry because he has been able to make many good changes in his life after joining UEI Global. Currently, he has just completed his Job Training at Ramada, Alleppy in the F&B Service department. Since November 2020 he has been working with Hilton Garden Inn, Trivandrum in the F&B Service department as an F&B Attendant.
Sruthy Lekshmi - Hotel Management Programme - (2018-2021)
Sruthy Lekshmi's passion from the very beginning was travelling and she was sure that she wanted to get into the field of Hotel Management after her studies. So she decided to pursue a professional course in Hotel Management.
She loves and enjoys studying at UEI Global. She has learnt a lot in two years in the classroom, lab and during her Industrial Training at Radisson Blu Plaza, Mysore. She has also learnt a great deal through theme events, seminars, and attending guest lectures at the institute. These activities helped her develop knowledge and shape her personality. From being a shy and quiet person she now become a more approachable and fun person to be around with. Currently, she is working in the Front Office at Classic Sarovar, Trivandrum. She has improved in every aspect and credit goes to the faculty who helped her shape her personality. She is grateful that she chose this institute to be her stepping stone to success.
Vinayak Madhu Menon - HMP - Culinary Specialisation Batch (2019-2022)
Undergoing Industrial Exposure Training at Hotel Hycinth, Trivandrum. Travelling to places all over the world and making friends is what Vinayak Madhu Menon enjoys the most. He is often praised as a good home cook as he has a passion for cooking. Hence he felt the Hotel Industry suited him the most and now since he started his training he is happy that he made the right choice. Though he sometimes faces tough challenges learning experience has helped him develop his skills.
Jerin Jose Mathews - HMP - General Batch (2019-2022)
Jerin Jose Mathews - HMP - General Batch (2019-2022) joined UEI Global, Trivandrum for Hotel Management to join his family-owned Bakery and Catering Service business. He is doing his Industrial Exposure Training at Courtyard by Marriotts, Kochi. The training has helped him put many things that he learnt from theory and practicals into practice and develop his skills and confidence.
