UKSEE BHMCT 2014 Counselling reporting date scheduled for August 5
Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination, the exam conducting authority, has revised the schedule of UKSEE BHMCT 2014 Counselling. As per the revised schedule, the UKSEE BHMCT counselling reporting date is fixed for August 5, 2014. Earlier, the event was scheduled to begin on July 22, 2014 at the counselling venue Shivalik College of Engineering, Shimal Bypass road, Dehradun.

According to official notification available at website of UKSEE, all qualifying candidates, who have secured rank from 1 to all are required to report the same counselling venue on August 5, 2014. Reporting timing is from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
The UKSEE BHMCT 2014 Counselling /seat alocation will be made in order of merit of All India General Main category/rank assigned to candidates to offer admission for nearly 270 seats across all five participating institutes located in Uttarakhand state.
To participate in couselling process, qualified candidates will have to submit non refundable counseling fee of Rs 1000/- in the form of DD in favor of Finance Controller, UTU payable at Dehradun.

UKSEE BHMCT 2014 Counselling process will involve allotment of seats to candidates as per their rank, seat availability at the preferred college/institute, document verification, and fee deposit. Documents to be carried at the time of UKSEE BHMCT 2014 Counselling, are listed below-
- UKSEE BHMCT 2014 admit card
- UKSEE BHMCT 2014 score card
- Marksheets of high school and intermediate examination
- Certificate of residential address, which shows being resident of Uttarakhand state
- Medical certificate
- Candidates, who have taken year gap between the courses, have to submit affidavit citing reasons for the same
- Six passport size photographs
- Caste certificate (if applicable)
The UKSEE BHMCT 2014 exam was conducted on May 27, 2014 in computer-based test format. Qualifying candidates will seek admission at any one of the five participating institutes, out which 3 are private and the following two are government institutes- Govt. Institute of Hotel Management, Almora and Govt. Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Dehradun.

Where can I get syllabus for UKSEE(Lateral B.tech)?
The syllabus of UKSEE Lateral entry exam Paper 6 is as follows-
- Engineering mechanics
- Engineering Graphics
- Basic electrical engineering
- Basic electronics engineering
- Elements of computer science
- Basic workshop practice and physics,chemistry,maths of diploma level
Ive done 10th and diploma so what subjects I have to prepare for UKSEE Examinations also the examination level is of 12th,diploma or 10th?
The eligibility criteria for B.tech lateral entry through UKSEE is that a candidate should have passed Diploma from an AICTE approved college or institute in any branch of engineering with minimum 45% Marks (40% of reserved category).
So, that makes you eligibly for the exam.
In the entrance exam, you will get question from Physics, chemistry, Mathematics and Aptitude Test.
50 questions each from PCM and 75 from Aptitude.
All the question will in MCQ and the level of the question will be of 11th and 12th.

UKSEE is a State level examination. To be eligible for this exam, you should have domicile of Uttarakhand. If you are from UP and do not have the domicile of Uttarakhand, you cannot apply for UKSEE. Those students who belong to Uttarakhand but have studied in another State are also eligible for UKSEE.
