National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) will be conducting NCHM JEE 2018 (Joint Entrance Examination) on April 28 for admissions to Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Hospitality & Hotel Administration (H&HA). Qualified candidates will be given admissions to more than 8,000 seats across as many as 58 participating institutes on merit basis. Candidates must have cleared 10+2 system of senior secondary examination or its equivalent with English as one of the subjects in order to apply for NCHM JEE 2018. They must have passed English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional) in the qualifying examination. Candidates, who are appearing in 10+2 or equivalent exam, are also allowed to appear for the entrance test on provisional basis.

Candidates can download NCHMCT JEE 2018 online admit card from April 20 (5 PM onwards) to 28. NCHM JEE 2018 online result is expected to be declared in third week of May. The counselling procedure will be held in last week of May and first week of June 2018. The academic session will be commenced from July 25, 2018 onwards.
NCHMCT, an autonomous body under Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, runs and regulates academics for the hospitality courses that are offered at the affiliated 21 central institutes of hotel management, 2 new state IHMs (subject to clearance), 20 state government institutes of hotel management, 14 private institutes of hotel management and 1 public sector undertaking. Programmes in B.Sc. in hospitality and hotel administration are offered jointly by the NCHM and the Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU).
