NCHMCT announces NCHM JEE 2015 1st Seat Allotment Result

NCHM JEE 2015 Seat Allotment Letter for the first round of NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling has been issued on June 10 by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT). Candidates can check the provisional allotment letter for the first round of NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling by logging into their registered accounts.

The Counselling of NCHM JEE 2015 is being held in online mode for admissions to as many as 7896 seats distributed among 52 participating institutes. The admissions based on the result of 1st seat allotment list of NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling will be done between June 11 and June 13, 2015 and again from June 15 to June 17, 2015 till 5:00 pm.

What is NCHM JEE 2015 Provisional Seat Allotment Letter?

NCHM JEE 2015 Provisional Seat Allotment Letter is the provisional allotment letter issued by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT) to the candidates who are participating in NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling, based on the merit of NCHM JEE 2015 result and choice of institutes as locked by them during the counselling process.

The provisional allotment letter of NCHM JEE 2015 First Round Counselling includes candidates’ details, allotment details and admission centre details. The candidates who have been allotted the admission centre need to report at the same on the scheduled date as mentioned in the letter. They also need to carry the following document s as mentioned below –

  • Demand Draft of Rs. 44250 drawn in favour of ‘NCHMCT’ payable at Noida or New Delhi

  • Original Certificate in proof of qualifying 10+2 or equivalent examination along with an attested copy thereof, however, the candidates whose results are awaited need to submit an undertaking at the admission centre in a prescribed format at become eligible for the provisional admission

  • Original certificate for proof of age based on the certificate of Secondary Examination with attested copy thereof

  • Original certificate if belonging to reserved category, valid for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, OBC (Central lists) with Non- Creamy Layer, Physically Disabled and Kashmiri Migrant and attested copy thereof

  • Two passport size photographs as those affixed on your Admit Card/ Application Form for use by institute authorities

  • Medical Fitness certificate from MBBS doctor with his/her Registration Number as per the format given in the NCHM JEE Brochure 2015

  • Admit Card of NCHM JEE 2015

  • All copies of certificates should be attested by Gazetted Officer or Principal of the School last attended

  • Request for Hostel Allotment would be considered after Physical Reporting at the Allotted Institute

  • Candidates who are allotted seats to Private affiliated Institutes are required to deposit remaining fee (if any) in addition to the Fee mentioned above, at the allotted Institutes against receipts. For details of fee of Private institutes please visit their respective websites, before proceeding to the allotted Institute

  • No change of Institute or migration shall be allowed at any stage during the three year duration of the Course

  • In case it is found that candidate has suppressed any material information or willfully submitted false information/documents, his / her candidature would be cancelled even at a later date

Those candidates who won’t be reporting to the allotted admission centre between the scheduled dates will be liable for cancellation of the candidature and won’t be considered eligible for the second round of counselling. However, may be called in NCHM JEE 2015 Spot Counselling, subjected to availability of seats.

  • Enter your NCHM JEE 2015 Roll Number

  • Enter your Date of Birth

  • Click on ‘Submit’ button

  • Check your NCHM JEE 2015 Provisional Seat Allotment Letter

  • Download and take a print out of the same

The eligibility critical for NCHM JEE is as follows,
  • Candidates need to be 10+2 pass
  • Having English subject in 12 is mandatory

Things you need to get clear,
  • Admission will be cancelled if candidate fails to provide passing Certificate of 10+2 on or by sep/30/ 2020.
  • Admission will be confirmed only after certificate verification

Age limit
  • General and OBC upto 25 years
  • SC and ST upto  28 years

NCHMCT JEE is a national level exam conducted once a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for admission to undergraduate courses in hospitality. As per the eligibility to apply for 2020 Exam, The upper age limit is 25 years as on 01.07.2020 for General or OBC category & 28 years for SC and ST as on 01.07.2020.

let me clear your doubt. NTA conduct the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination  (NCHM JEE) in CBT mode for admission to the B.Sc. Course in Hospitality and Hotel Administration(B.Sc.HHA)  across the Country.
