Result of national level hotel management entrance examination NCHM JEE 2014 has been declared on May 13, 2014. The candidates who had taken the NCHM Joint Entrance Examination on Saturday, April 26, 2014 can check their result now. According to NCHMCT officials, as many as 21600 candidates registered for the exam, however, 19000 candidates appeared for the written exam.

Steps to check NCHM JEE 2014 result

  • Click here to check your NCHM JEE 2014 result

  • Enter your NCHM JEE 2014 Roll Number

  • Enter your Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format

  • Click on the “JEE Result” button

According to NCHMCT official NCHM JEE 2014 cutoff list will be likely released in the second-third week of May.  On the basis of last year NCHM JEE cutoff rank, candidates can roughly calculate their chances of pursuing B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration course at their preferred IHM.

 

NCHM JEE 2014 Counselling process will start from May 26, 2014. Total three rounds of NCHM JEE 2014 Counselling will be held to offer admission to qualifying candidates for total of 7869 seats across all 37 IHMs and many other hotel management institutes at any one of fifty-two participating hotel management institutes located in different Indian states. 

 

No group discussions or personal interviews are involved in NCHM admission process. NCHM JEE scores are accepted by all top ranked Institutes of Hotel Management located across the country. 

 

NCHM JEE counselling comprises of three counselling rounds and other important events. Online registration and choice filling for 1st & 2nd round of counselling will start from May 26, 2014 to June13, 2014 till 5.00 pm. Other upcoming important events of counseling  are listed below-

  1. Online Registration and Mock Counselling

  2. Choice Filling and Locking

  3. Online Seat Allotment

  4. Reporting to Admission Center (ACs) after seat allotment and Fee Payment

  5. Withdrawal of Allotted Seat and refund Rule

  6. SPOT round Counselling

  7. Admission to allotted Institute and Hostel Allotment

Are there any concessions for Students Certified with Learning Disability

Hi there,

Yes the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology , has some relaxation for the eligibility criteria for people with differently abled candidate or some kind of impairment ,

  1. 5% of seats across board are reserved for Physically Disabled candidates in all Central & State Government Institutes of Hotel Management. For any category of disability (viz. loco motor, visual, dyslexia, speech, and /or hearing ) benefit would be given to those who have at least 40% physical impairment but able to perform the kitchen and other practical classes required for the course.
  2. The percentage of disability of the candidates will be required to be              certified by Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Central Govt. / State Govt./      Municipal Corporation run Hospitals only,
  3. Dyslexia Certificate should either from the clinical psychologist          department of a Govt Hospital or from a RCI registered clinical            psychologist attached with a registered hospital.

Such candidates are required to produce the original Medical Certificate both at the time of Counselling and at the time of Admission to the Institute. In case of any dispute in determining the eligibility under PD category, the decision of the Medical Board to be constituted by Institute would be final.

Are there any other enterance exams than NCHM JEE for hotel management? are CET and CAT exams for hotel management ? THANKYOU!

no CET exam is not for hotel management course this is MAH HM CET exam which is for hotel management score and if talking about CAT exam so this exam is for all management related course so,  this is also for hotel management course.

Hello student nchmjee is conducted by NTA its a national level exam to take admission in two undergraduate courses - B.Sc. in Hospitality & Hotel Administration(Generic or Specialization). NCHMCT,
Application form will be available from 1jan 2020to 28 February 2020.
Eligibility criteria is pass in senior secondary school (+2)with English as a mandatory subject.

Registration for NCHMJEE 2020 will starts from 1st January 2020 and EXAMINATION will happens on April 25..And results will be declared on 10 may 2020 in online mode..You can check your result by entering roll number, application Number, date of birth and security number..
