PUTHAT 2014 Application Form is now available for admissions to the B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) and B.Sc. (Tourism Management) at the Panjab University. Application Form of PUTHAT 2014 is online only and candidates must meet the eligibility criteria before applying. PUTHAT 2014 Application Procedure is as follows:
1. Registration: Click here to Register.
Candidates have to fill in the following information to register:
Date of Birth (dd/mm/yyyy)
Class 10th Roll No.
Class 10th Board
Class 10th Passing Year
Are you or either of your Parents Class B or Class C Regular Employee of P.U.? if yes the PF no has to be filled in
Note: Candidates must note their PUTHAT 2014 Application No, Login ID and Password after registration
Download of SBI Challan:
Candidates will be able to download the SBI Pay in slip after registration.
Candidates must print it and pay the PUTHAT 2014 Application Fees at any branch of SBI.
Candidates have to wait for 24 hours after payment to log in and enter the details in the PUTHAT 2014 Application Form.
2. Filling in the PUTHAT 2014 Application Form:
Candidates need to log in using the login ID and Password. Click here to Log in
Fee Payment Details: Candidates have to enter the payment details as follows:
Journal No: it should be 10 digits. In case the digits are less than 10, add zeros in the beginning to make it a 10 digit No.
Bank Branch Code
Upload Bank Slip: to be scanned and uploaded
Candidates need to submit these details before filling the PUTHAT 2014 Application Form.
The Application Form of PUTHAT 2014 will be available only if the fee payment is made and the bank details are filled in.
In case more than 24 Hrs. have passedafter depositing the fee in bank and the journal number is not confirmed, candidates must write to [email protected] with the scanned copy of bank slip.

Such candidates must send the copy of printout of their filled PUTHAT 2014 Application Form along with the self attested copy of Category Certificate/Proforma.
Their PUTHAT 2014 Application Form (printout) must be duly signed by the Head/Chairperson
