NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling Procedure – Candidates can look below for the counseling procedure of NCHM JEE 2015
Candidates will have to register online for NCHM JEE 2015 for allotment of seats in the 1st and 2nd Round of Counselling
Candidates will also need to ensure their credentials including Category and Personal Information
All registered candidates are required to fill their choices of institutes as per the merit rank and lock the same
The choice list shall be valid for two rounds of allotment
In the 2nd round of NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling, candidates can make the online modifications and lock them again
NCHM JEE 2015 Online Seat Allotment will be done based on candidate’s AIR (All India Rank), preference of choices and availability of the seats
Candidates are informed that there is no provision of sending individual allotment letters to candidates by post
The candidates who have been allotted a seat will be required to report at the designated admission centre physically for verifying documents, submitting initial fee and up-gradation of choices apart from collecting provisional admission letter
Candidates need to note that they have to remit a fee of Rs. 44250 which includes Rs. 1000 as counseling fee and Rs. 43250 as admission fees for 1st Semester, at the time of reporting to admission centre through E-Challan payment mode of State Bank of India
Any candidate can cancel his/her allotted seat, admission process and initiate fund process by visiting the reporting centre
In case of cancellation of seat, the candidate will be refunded the fees after a deduction of Rs. 1000 as Counselling Fee and will be processed only after the receipt of necessary documents at NCHMCT
The fees shall be refunded by NCHMCT within a period of 45 days from the date of commencement of academic session
Candidate who don’t withdraw/cancel the allotted seat during the specified time as provided in the NCHMCT 2015 Counselling Schedule will not be liable to receive the full refund of fees
As per NCHMCT 2015 Counselling Schedule, there shall be a SPOT Round of Counselling where the following will be eligible –Candidates will also require to register online and lock choices for SPOT Round Counselling, even if they have registered earlier as the earlier registrations stand null and void
All eligible candidates who didn’t register during NCHMCT JEE 2015 Main Counselling including absentees of Main Counselling
Those who registered for 1st Round of Counselling and also got the seats in 1st and 2nd Round of NCHM JEE 2015 Counselling, but did not report to the admission centre
All eligible candidates who had withdrawn before SPOT Round Counselling
All provisionally admitted candidates
The hostels will be allotted centrally based on AIR after candidates have physically reported at the allotted institute and their willingness for the same

IHM is one of the renowned institutes of India. The ranking you need to get selected in IHM depends on your category (General /OBC/SC/ST) . If you comes under General catagory, then you need to secure a rank between 15-400 for best colleges which basically includes IHM Mumbai, Banglore and Pusa. If you are from OBC catagory, then you can get admission with rank till 1800 for Pusa , 5000 for Mumbai as well as 9000 for IHM Banglore. Rest the cut off changes every year.

NCHMCT JEE is a national level exam conducted once a year by the National Testing Agency (NTA) for the admission to undergraduate courses in hospitality. As per the eligibility, You should be passed in Senior Secondary Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with English as a subject of study (core/elective/functional).
