Candidates who are visually impaired (with more than 40% of disability) were given the following facilities for answering the exam:
Such candidates were offered to view the content in magnified font and were given an extra time of 20 minutes for answering the exam, besides the stipulated time.
The facility of magnified font was not available for visually impaired candidates who took help of a scribe to answer the test.

MAH MHCET was conducted in computer based mode. While answering the test, candidates could see a question palette at the right side of the screen, which shows the status of each question.
The test name appear on the top of the screen. Students can view the questions by clicking on the test name.
All the questions include multiple choices and five answers. Out of five answers to a question, only one option is correct answer.
A clock is also displayed on the computer screen at the top right corner of the screen. This clock reminds candidates about the time left to complete the examination.When the clock runs out of time, the computer shuts down automatically and the examination ends
Navigating to a Question
Exam takers have to click on the question number given on the palette located at the right of the screen directly go to that particular question. They must note that using the option does not lead them to save their answer to that specific question.
Students can have a look at all the questions simultaneously if the question paper button is pressed. Options for multiple choice questions, however, are not displayed.
Students are given the option for shuffling between test and questions anytime during the examination at their convenience
To answer the questions, students have to click on the button of the option that they think is correct. They have to click on another desired option button if they wish to change the answer.
To de-select the option, the candidates have to re-click on the button or select Clear Response button.
Students have to Click on ‘Save & Next’ to save and answer to the current question.
Click on ‘Mark for Review and Next’ button to mark a question for review. If students have selected an answer for a question that is marked for review, and the time is over the selected answer is taken into account in the final evaluation.
Once the time limit comes to an end, students are to attempt any question or select any answer.

Do not worry as the seat allotment in Cap 2 is done to fill the seats left and seats unoccupied due to no admission or admission withdraw from any particular college. So be calm and apply as you wish in Cap round 2 as the results might alter from Cap 1.

Hello. The MAHA HM CET 2019 will be conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) on 20th May 2019 for admission to undergraduate courses of Hotel Management & Catering Technology. The application form will be available from 3rd week of April to 1st week of May 2019 tentatively. It is a computer based online exam containing 100 questions for a total of 90 minutes. Each correct answer will be awarded one marks and there is no negative marking.
