How to fill MAH HM CET Application Form 2023?

Candidates have to visit the official website and then click on the 'Apply' tab. They will be redirected to a page wherein they can download the information brochure and go through all the instructions as to filling out the MAH HM CET application form. After reading the instructions, aspirants have to tick against 'I have downloaded Information Bulletin and went through the entire instructions.' Next, click on the 'Click here to Proceed' button.

Step 1: Registration

Register for an online application form and note down the system-generated application number. The registration number and password will also be sent to candidates on their registered email ID and mobile number. Candidates need to note the registration number and password for future correspondence.

Step 2: Fill MAH HM CET Application Form

In this section of the HM CET application form, fill all the personal, academic, and contact details. Candidates have to select the details from the drop-down menu for the following:

Personal Details

• Name

• Gender

• Date of Birth

• Parents’ Details

• Select state of residence

• Category

• Person with disability

• Nationality

• Are you a Kashmiri migrant

• Place of class 12th / Qualifying Examination Board

• Whether English is one of the compulsory subjects in Class 12th?

Academic Qualification Details

Students have to enter details related to class 10 or equivalent and class 12 or equivalent from the drop-down menu in the application form of MAH HM CET 2023:

• Name of examination

• Name of Board/University

• Year of passing/appearing

Security Pin

Enter the security pin and click on the 'Submit button. Next, candidates will receive a pop-up message where they will be asked to review and tick against the information given below. If they need to modify any information, they can do so by clicking on the 'Edit Application Form Data,' or clicking on the 'Final Submit' button for final submission.

Tick against 'I Agree' and then click on the 'Final Submit' button. Students again get a message 'Do you wish to Submit the Application form finally? Press 'Yes' to submit the application form.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Images of Photograph and Signature

Candidates have to choose a photograph and signature and upload it in the MAH HM CET application form 2023 after which they have to click on the 'Next button.

• Dimensions 200 x 230 pixels (preferred) . The size of the file should be between 20kb–50 kb.

• The photograph must be a recent passport-style color picture.

• For signature, the applicant has to sign on white paper with a black ink pen.

• Dimensions 140 x 60 pixels (preferred). The size of the file should be between 10kb – 20kb.

• Signature in capital letters shall not be accepted.

Step 4: Make the Payment

Candidates have to enter the code reflected on the screen and then click on the 'Submit' tab. The application form is integrated with the payment gateway and the payment process can be completed by following the instructions. Candidates will have to pick any one of the payment modes that are given below such as:

• Net banking

• Debit card

• Credit card

• Wallets

• Internet banking

For Credit Card users: All charges are listed in Indian Rupee. If you use a non-Indian credit card, your bank will convert to your local currency based on prevailing exchange rates. On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt will be generated. Non-generation of ‘E-Receipt’ indicates payment failure. On failure of payment, candidates are advised to log in again using their provisional registration number and password and repeat the process of payment.

Step 5: E-Receipt details of MAH HM CET Application Form

• Candidates are required to take a printout of the e-receipt and online application form containing fee details.

• Copies of the CET application form, fee receipt, and hall ticket will be required
